I wasnt looking for the market but while i was walking my dog i seen there was one going on. I was excited to check it out but to my disappointment they dont allow dogs in the farmers market thats outside and on the street >> They have signs saying they have dog sitters but im not trusting my dog with a stranger. They wont be getting my business ever. Id understand if it was inside a building but outside ?…..

The Beaverton Farmers Market is the best one I've seen. Wonderful selection of vendors with amazing produce. Lots of good food to eat while you shop too.

Great experience to see how an ideal farmer should be. You can spend hours in this place. Lots of fresh offerings and a good place to find locals.

People are friendly and selections are great, from flowers to fruit to coffee. A nice place to take the family.

I love when the market starts.. you can get the best fresh produce, beautiful flower arrangements for a great price, as well as baskets and starts without killing your wallet. There are regular booths we love to shop at like ZoeAnns' cheesecakes, which she makes with only the best ingredients, which really shows in how good they are, Decadent Creations, which, along with great macaroons, makes fabulous bread (the carrot, zucchini, blueberry is my favorite) pies, cookies, and other yummy desserts, and my favorite booth of all, BlueRaven pies. The crust on their pies is truly the best I have ever had, and they also make sugar free, which I have to have since I am diabetic. We also love to get cheeses, hummus and flatbread, and now this month, fresh berries have started to be available. You and your family will all find things you love at this market, and the vendors are great. You'll love everything about it!

A plethora of items to choose from as you stroll through the stands listening to the music playing in the park! Meet new people as you ponder something - everyone is friendly here. As a community, you will run into people you know too - as this becomes an event people look forward to going to.

This market has changed into temporary OVERPRICED yuppie grocery store....no longer a local market. Better quality LOCAL stuff at New Seasons and Whole Foods with better selection. I am VERY disappointed in whomever runs this market......it must be all about the money to them because it is no longer about the farmers!

We found a wonderful assortment of ready made food items, some of which are very unique and focused on health, in addition to a melange of local fruits and vegetables. We go for the Unger strawberries, look forward to RedHat Melon season and end up picking up some Sun Gold dried beans, artisan chorizo, and local cheeses while tasting the healthy cookies and hand made meat pies. Too many yummy tastes!

So many different vendors offering great food, produce and products! We love going and getting breakfast, listening to the live music and letting the kids play at the fountain and park!

Farm fresh produce more interesting and varied than the supermarkets; truffles; handcrafts; fresh bread from smaller vendors; lots of great food carts; opportunity to try local new products (like vinegar-based drinks from Shrub, which sounds awful, but tastes good); flowers and plants; live music; pet care. Adjacent to the library and park, and near downtown.

I don't know what caused this upset, but I happen to love dogs. Just not sure this is the place or time for asking this question. This place is certainly dog friendly if only on a leash.

Can you bring dogs on leash to the matket?
Written June 8, 2019
NO DOGS....but then again this is Portland and people abuse this rule and take their dogs there anyway like children. Signs are clearly posted but careless dog owners still abuse this rule.
