A GREAT GUN & RIFLE RANGE
Feb 2021
I have been a member for a couple of years. I enjoy shooting (pistols, revolvers, rifles) and 2A is the range for me! The facility is well equipped, functional, clean. I cannot say enough good things about the staff: knowledgeable, polite, friendly, professional, helpful.

impressed until recently
Sep 2020
They gave my state issued ID to someone other than myself. It took 4 days to have the problem correct. A few weeks later they charged me for preexisting bullet holes in the card board drop down. They denied giving out card board with holes that had not been marked, I asked another employee why the card boards ready to be distributed had unmarked holes. Another employee, immediately told the younger employee to tear up all cardboard with bullet holes.

Great one on one instruction
Jun 2020
Took a beginners one on one pistol safety course with Shanna Duck and learned a lot! I'd never shot a pistol before so this was fun and intimidating, however Shanna made me feel confident and relaxed. Can't wait to practice some more, I'm already looking at beginner AR-15's!

Very professional organization
Dec 2018 • Friends
It was my first visit to 2A and I was very impressed. The personnel were very knowledgeable and courteous. The staff went out of its way to be helpful. I certainly felt that I could have asked any of their staff my questions and would have received a very thorough answer. The ranges were well kept and the individuals using them took time to insure that the ranges were policed when their sessions were completed. The staff insured proper usage of the ranges and safety for its customers. There were both women and men present when we were there. I do not live in Tulsa, but I look forward to visiting this range on my next visit.

Nice when not crowded
May 2018 • Solo
Go on a weekday morning to avoid the ridiculous weekend crowds. You can get right in to your lane and there may be just a few other people there. I have been on friday mornings and there was only one other person shooting. You could wait for longer than an hour to get a lane on the weekends if your not a member. Plus it sounds like a battle going on with hot brass flying all over the place. Non experienced shooters as well can make it a nerve-wracking experience. For the same price you can get an entire bay to yourself at USSA here in Tulsa. Much better experience being outside with multiple rifle and/or pistol options.

Conceal Carry Class
Nov 2016 • Couples
I took my conceal carry class here with Robert Jerome and it is the best place to do it. Detailed instructions on the right thing to do. I loved it so much that my husband and I ended up taking an advanced handgun class from Mr Jerome which taught us self defence and how to protect ourselves in different situations. Best class ever. 2A has now become our home range as it is clean and the temperature is always right. Shannon, gal that works there is very professional and very helpful in choosing guns and also holsters. This is the place to go if you want to learn how to use a handgun.

Love this place
Apr 2016 • Couples
A friend invited my husband and me to go shooting with her and her husband at 2A. I had never been there in the past, but had been to other target practice places. I was pleased with the service, quality of the rental guns, and the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. We liked it so much after our second visit that we purchased a membership. We've purchased ammunition, too.

Everyone who shoots there has been polite, and cleaned up their brass when they were done. There are a lot of women and older children that are learning to shoot with their husbands/boyfriends/brothers and dads. It gets busy on the weekends. A lot of ex-military and some local police practice at 2A.

One of my favorite people is the young lady who normally runs the register. She is young, but very knowledgeable and not shy about saying when she doesn't know something. Her suggestions have always been right on for me, down to the S&W Shield 9mm that I purchased. That's the other thing: they make purchasing a firearm very straightforward and not at all intimidating.

We are doing the CCL class in May, and I'm very much looking forward to it.

The only thing I wish they had was an outdoor range.

2A Shooting Range
Feb 2015 • Couples
The staff is extremely helpful and considerate. They review the safety rules and confirm your understanding. They are very willing to answer any questions you may have. The firing range is in very decent shape and about as expected for an indoor range. IT could be in a better location. Otherwise this place is great. I've been here with my step Dad and boyfriend many times.

Great experience, helpful staff and ample selection.
Dec 2015 • Couples
Recently visited for a quick shooting session. The staff is extremely helpful and considerate. They review the safety rules and confirm your understanding. They are very willing to answer any questions you may have. The firing range is in very decent shape and about as expected for an indoor range. The gun selection is good, it could be better but it's not too bad by any means. The only complaint would be the area where the business is located. While I didn't feel for my safety while there the area is known to be a less than desirable area of Tulsa. Otherwise this place is great. Average price for 2 people to rent a lane will run a little under $50. Obviously additional rentals and/or use is extra.
