Doreen and her family make this a must stop place to go. We have been to WVVW twice and each time they have treated us like VIP's. I am not that big of a wine drinker but I must say their wine is amazing. My husband loves wine and he purchases quite a lot of their wine so it is always fun to see how they make it here in the Tulsa area. Call them do a wine tasting and relax for a few hours.

Extremely cheap and delicious wine. They offer $5 tasting of wine where they will give you a sip of nearly every wine they offer. They'll give you the tasting for free if you buy a bottle of wine. Price range of the bottles was 10-15 and it was some of the best wine I've ever had.

We had a wonderful visit to the winery and gift shop. We finally settled on the blush, the peach table wine, the cherry table wine (can be drank warm or cold), and the sangria. There were also a couple of wines that were too sweet for our taste, but apparently all these wines are big sellers because most bottles sell for under $10. A warning to beer drinkers...some of these wines are good enough to convert you to wine drinking. In any case, fun will be had by all in a visit to Whispering Vines.

The wines here are quite sweet on the whole and not really anything special aside from the cache of being Oklahoma wines, but the boutique and winery itself are really pretty and interesting. What I didn't like and why I do not recommend doing a tasting here, was the attitude of the host/owner and staff (with the exception of one young girl, who was seemed to be at their mercy too). I very much felt unwelcome and was even spoken to curtly a few times by the owner and an older female employee. At first I wondered if maybe I was being oversensitive, but others in my party commented on it as well. I've written tons of reviews and I don't take writing a bad review lightly in any way, but I can't in good conscience recommend doing a tasting here unless the staff is able to be more welcoming.

On our way out of a one night stay in Tulsa we decided to swing by Whispering Vines Vineyard and do a tasting. We were the only ones there around 11:30 on Saturday morning. As we tend to prefer more dry wines, we were poured several whites and a few reds. As with any wine, some were better than others - but all of them were okay wine for OK! Our favorites were the Riesling, Syrah, and Sangria (which is even better when blended some a bigger red!).

The hospitality was wonderful - they let us bring our 17 month old and Australia Sheppard in with us! After the tasting we opted to each have a glass of wine. Since it was so hot out, we sat in the back room at one of their tables. They even brought us a snack tray with some crackers, cheese and smoked fish dip.

We are very pleased we stopped and checked out Whispering Vines Vineyard!!!

We stopped at this winery on a tour. The wine was ok. The staff was welcoming and we learned a lot about the history of the winery. We sat on the back deck and enjoyed snacks and a bottle of wine. There is a large meeting room that would be great for meetings and large groups. I'd go back!

I was traveling with a group of seniors, and we had made reservations for wine tasting, with cost $5 we would taste several wines and some juices. They also served cheese, crackers, and smoked fish. We had a group of fifty so we were there about one and a half hours. Doreen served most of the wine and was very friendly. The atmosphere was very nice we were inside, and the tables were set up with a tablecloth glasses, and our snacks.

A little difficult to get to because of road construction but definitely worth the effort. Tasted several and left with a couple of bottles. Will return next time we are through the area.

We visited this lovely winery this afternoon. The owner is very friendly and the inside of the tasting room is very inviting. There is lots of wine related merchandise that is well priced. The wines are delicious. Most of the reds are on the sweeter side, which was a nice surprise. They offer a 10% discount for purchasing a case of wine (which we took full advantage of because the wines are so good). We will definitely visit this winery again.

This only 10 minutes from Downtown Tulsa! The owners are super friendly and the tastings get you tipsy! My favorite is the peach wine.
