Excellent Farner's Market
Oct 2015 • Family
We love the Cherry Street Farmer's Market! The Market is open from 7 to 11 a.m. each Saturday between April and October and has a variety of booths with offerings from fresh organic vegetables and fruit, to local grassfed meats and fresh eggs, to fresh dairy and cheeses, plants/herbs and fresh cut flowers, to prepared foods and arts & crafts-type gift ideas. They also have local musicians playing music. There is truly something for everyone. My only criticism is that the items tend to be on the expensive side. Items are definitely not cheap, but when you consider that you are getting local fresh, organic, straight-from-the-farm items, and that the money you spend stays in and supports the local economy, in my opinion it is worth the extra cost.

Always support local!

This is a wonderful farmer's market. I try to stop whenever I get the chance. Tulsa has done a nice job to maintain their farmer's market and the options are nice! Love to buy my spices here.

Overated, Overpriced
May 2014 • Solo
My first time to visit was this spring and the prices are exceptionally high even for organic produce for what essentially is an average shopping experience. Will likely return a couple of more times through berrry and corn season to review options, but fear that this market will continue to be a huge disappointment.

Excellent farmers market
Jul 2013 • Couples
My wife and I moved from a fairly large city to a smaller city several years ago, and we have missed the "big city" farmers market ever since. When we visited Tulsa for an overnight stay, we decided to drop by the Cherry Street Farmers Market to experience a large farmers market again. We were certainly not disappointed. The market runs approximately two city blocks long, with vendors lined up on either side of the street. There are a wide variety of vendors with everything from your typical farmers market produce (tomatoes, squash, zucchini, herbs, etc.) to artisan breads and pastries to grass-fed and pasture-raised meats and eggs to crafts, fresh flowers and birdhouses. The market was packed with shoppers, generally moving along at a leisurely pace. There is plenty of parking and live music for entertainment.

Good variety of vendors, great festive atmosphere
Sep 2012 • Friends
This is almost like a weekly festival and its a great way to start a Saturday from April until October. There are a a good variety of vendors: from the most delicious and inexpensive milk I've found in the region (Lomah Dairy) to large varieties of heirloom plants vendors, to wholesome vegetables and even delicious food trucks. This is a nice weekly display of high quality food and produce in the region.

First Class Farmers Market
We were delighted with our first visit to this farmers market. We especially loved finding exoctic chile pepper plants that we have never been able to find elsewhere. At some other farmers markets there were people selling produce that obviously wasn't grown by them. We look forward to the spring and the market opening again!

Great Farmer's Market
May 2011
Going to this market was the highlight of our stay in Tulsa! They have many plant and produce vendors all with fresh wonderful products. There's even a vegetarian and vegan food booth where we bought the most wonderful breakfast burritos! It's a fun time filled with friendly people and a great atmosphere.

Community gathering
I love getting up early on Saturday mornings and walking around the Farmers Market with fellow TUlsans and visitors...and dogs...there are plants for gardens, sometimes crafts, seasonal food, breads, etc and even sometimes even music...it is a wonderful gathering place and a great way to support locally grown, fresh produce... maryjo
