Went here to learn more about the history of Tulsa. This place does a really good job with that and I really liked the video on Art Deco in the city. Very interesting and knowledgeable and friendly staff

This museum is excellent. So much information. The exhibit on the Tulsa Massacre is informative. The staff really helpful with other sites to see in the area. The building it's housed in is gorgeous.

Interesting history of Tulsa. Due to COVID there were some areas closed to the public. Still worth the stop if only to see this old mansion and the beautiful grounds, Spend some time in the adjacent park for some relaxation.

A great start to learning about Tulsa and its history!

We had just arrived in Tulsa, and this was our first stop since they are on limited hours (closing at 3pm) during these COVID times. Lovely reuse of a historical mansion! Some very interesting exhibits on local history, including a Tulsa Historical Timeline, the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre, Bruce Goff and Adah Robinson and the Boston Ave Methodist Church, and Women's Suffrage. They provided some context on the sites we saw after our visit.

I grew up in the Okc metro area and didn't know much about Tulsa, so it was really great to see significant historical markers in Tulsa's history from beginning to the present. I would recommend spending an afternoon here for sure.

I was there for the celebration of women getting the Right to vote. there were re enactment of Suffragettes , Susan B. Anthony, Elizabeth Cady Stanton and Ida B. Wells. It was well attended and many ladies dressed in period clothing. Afterwards, several of us visited some of the galleries.

We were vising town and knew very little about the history of Tulsa. You can get a very good education here for a very reasonable price.

Nice little place. Use to be a home with expansion for the museum. A few interesting art pcs and memorabilia of bygone era. but also has computer lab and reading room for study. Watch the movie if you have the time over Tulsa history.

what a pleasant surprise to reminisce of years gone by in Tulsa. Bought an ornament of Daniel Webster HS which was built in 1938...just a neat way to spend a morning.
