We visited the Rose Garden and the Garden Center in May and took my father who is 90 years old. His father was the foreman in charge of building Woodward Park nearby. I was so disappointed! The large azaleas and rhododendrons had been torn down at Woodward and the Roses had been so horribly neglected at the Rose Garden that... More

I took my daughter and toddler granddaughter with me on National Garden Day, thinking there would be a tour since the local paper said there would be. There wasn't. So, we strolled through the Linneas Teaching Garden by ourselves, but every plant was marked. These plants are all things that are native to OK or the surrounding area that will... More

This is part of a larger park. It was a very interesting house. Don' expect any kind of a tour. You just walk around yourself. Luckily a garden member was kind and explained the house to us.

We went to a wedding here last night and am only writing this for future wedding people. We have had a lot of rain lately but that is no excuse for the state of the grounds for a wedding. We were seated outside right next to a very active ant hill. I am allergic to anything that stings so I... More

This is an old mansion that has been preserved. The beauty is the surrounding gardens and park land.

Absolutely perfect photo Spot for any occasion. Also, think of going their to unwind and savor the scenery and arouse your senses and feed your inner "eye candy" craving.

Wonderful element of the parks in Tulsa and a wonderful walk on a nice day in spring. The homes associated with the immediate properties are both historic and beautiful.
