Someone wrote a review the employee followed her around like she was going to steal something because she was a woman of color. Well, let me tell you, the employees do that to everyone! In fact, they used to have an off duty police officer in their stores and He sometimes followed me around too as well as the employees following me around, so much so that I finally complained to the owner. It was absolutely ridiculous how they treated most of their customers like potential thieves😡. Very insulting and uncomfortable to shop in the stores, I spent a lot of money in the stores for several years and I finally quit because of how they stalked their customers. They used to refuse to print out a receipt for you, they would make it a big deal if you asked because they only wanted to email your receipt to you that MIGHT show up later after you had left the store. Some of the employees were very unfriendly and not helpful and some of them were very nice ladies.

I came into the Bixby location today 9/10/2019. I knew what I was specifically looking for. But needless to say that I’ve never been at a loss for words or even left speechless like I have been today. The representative that was working in the store did not show herself to be on the friendly side. This is not the first time that I’ve experienced what I did from the person working there. If you are a representation of the company no matter how I look I should be treated in a manner that is professional. Don’t look to follow me around or better yet when I ask questions why act as though you don’t want to answer them. If you looked at me you wouldn’t be able to tell that I worked with the State of Oklahoma, hold a dual Degree in Healthcare Administration, or volunteer. So never judge a book by its outer appearance. I made the decision to come back and return the item that I purchased today as well as give my other bracelets away. I can’t support a company that barely wanted to service my needs. I refuse to walk in an establishment and be followed around like I’m gone steal something because of the color of my skin. I see the difference for myself and on top of that not one time have I ever seen an African American working with the company.

My mom and I had visited The Rustic Cuff on the advice of a family friend who shop there often and am I glad we did. The staff were very helpful and made fabulous suggestions for us. I will be shopping online for some holiday gifts.

I went today to the showroom in South Tulsa. I went to purchase a Christmas gift for my wife. I was not sure what I wanted and was looking around. I had a question about a particular set. There was 2 employees on the sales floor and they were talking to each other and not customers. I went to ask one of the a question and they seemed bothered they they were going to have to answer my question, and when they did answer it was very short and almost rude. I went ahead and kept looking around and then observed that they had mover their conversation to the corner of the store. I have shopped there before and my wife loves the jewelry, but I will not go back if that is how they treat people.
