Very friendly staff. A variety of food choices along with all the slots, dice and card games of choice. Very convenient on I-40 just a short drive from Oklahoma City. Only a mile or so from a large mall in Shawnee where you can shop and get a wide range of food choices. They also are close to a in... More

Great table games and new Sushi restaurant is nice. Went there for a concert. Convenient location off the highway.

The motel was nice but the bed was like a rock. There were kids running on our floor till late. We got a knock in the middle of the night from room service that was the wrong room.

we visited several casinos off or near I40, the Grand was the only one that I would say was a 'real' professionally run casino. we signed up as new players and received free play, we also received free play for other games. the staff was very nice and there was plenty of room to move around and not be bumped... I think it's the perfect size- not so big that you'll lose your group, and yet plenty of options for slots. I do wish they had a few more table, with that being said, they weren't full on a weeknight- but I could see that may be a problem on weekends. The staff had to be some of the friendliest... More

I visited the casino on a quiet day (Thursday). Walked through the hotel entrance and enjoyed viewing a waterfall in the lobby. The casino had more employees than patrons. Unfortunately the table I sat at had a smoker nearby on both sides of me. Played 4 hands of Ultimate Texas Holdem. Lost all 4 hands The ugly cards and carcinageous... More

The casino reminded me more of a Vegas casino than most of the casinos in Oklahoma. Although smoking is allowed, I did not smell smoke at all. Nice variety of games. Although we didn't win much, we had a good time.

The Firelake Grand Casino Hotel is way overrated. The embassy Suites or Hampton Inn is just as nice or nicer. I would not recommend the Grand buffet either, as it is $30 per plate and does not have very good food nor a very great variety. You are better off going to Golden corral for far less money and much... More
