We didn’t have time for a tour, but enjoyed seeing the outside of this restored filling station. Sapulpa has some great Route 66 roadside attractions.

When you visit the Sapulpa Historical Museum, right next door is the Waite Phillips-Bardsdall FIlling Stations Museum. You will have to ask someone in the Historical Museum to open the place for you.
