Flat Tide is super convenient, affordable and we had an amazing time. Cody was super helpful and we will definitely be back!

Jack from Flat tide took great care of us this evening for a sunset boarding experience on the lake. It was awesome, as usual. We did yoga in July here and have been back two weekends in a row for an enjoyable morning and this time the sunset. The best part is the PFD belt and not some big old nasty vest like others here. I highly recommend a trip on the SUP fun for everyone. My dog loves to hang 10 on the front of the board as well. So if you need something to do,shut off the TV and get out on the water for sum SUP fun in the sun with family and friends.

This is our new favorite thing to do ! It's great for all ages and it's easier than it looks. The staff at Flat Tide are super friendly and more than happy to help you out if needed (or take pictures!) Can't wait to get back out in the water 😎

Try inflating your paddle boards. 5’2 and small…couldn’t stand up without the board folding in on me.

This company accommodates groups with the greatest of ease. Cody took great care of us and went above and beyond our expectations! My daughter had a great time and is asking when we can go back!! Thumbs up!

This company provided an excellent team building and fun experience for all ages! My daughter's dance studio went with all of their company dancers. Cody from Flat Tide was amazing! He helped all of our participants have fun and become confidant with the activity. I recommend Cody and Flat Tide to anyone looking for a new, invigorating, and fun adventure for any size group!

Awesome experience!
I had never tried SUP before I went to Flat Tide's rental truck on Lake Overholser. The staff (Cody) was friendly and knowledgeable. He was great when explaining how to get on the board, how to balance, etc...
The scenery surrounding Overholser is truly beautiful. It's hard to imagine you're only a 15 minute drive from anywhere in OKC. I definitely recommend Flat Tide!

we had a group of 20 something kids & young teens and they accommodated us well. Cody did a great job going through the basics and even helping our group out on the water and taking a group pic for us. had a great time

I'm not very adventurous, at all. This was way out of my comfort zone & I was nervous. Cody went over all basics with me, and made me feel super comfortable about it. He also accompanied me & my two friends on a trip, and I only fell once. 😂🤦🏼♀️ would definitely go again.
