This is an incredible museum with a large collection of Chihuly glass and wall hangings. It was one of the few museums in the US to host a Matisse tour of art in 2016. It has quite a selection of all different types of arts, which includes a great small theatre for showing marvellous films, which include avant-garde and award... More

Attended Hygge, a cozy night of friends, art, cocktails and activities on a cold January evening. We were embraced by the sun arm atmosphere as soon as we stepped into the museum. There were (electric) candles in abundance, people cross-stitching in an alcove, art to view, and hot chocolate with peppermint schnapps. Cozy, indeed. A gentle evening after a busy... More

A quiet, serene dining experience. Food, service, and ambience are always consistent and flawless. We especially love it after a visit to the Art Museum itself or a downtown event at the Civic Center close by. It is a hit for both lunch and dinner. Romantic, but also business lunch appropriate.

We took our daughter to the OKC Museum of Art and it was bigger than I thought it would be. The blown glass displays were so colorful and beautiful. Very enjoyable trip.

Ok museum, the first floor was closed for installation when visited. Their Chihuly exhibition was super impressive.

This self guided museum is a must see in the OKC Metro. Visiting exhibits are regularly featured but the Dale Chuhily glass work is the star by far. The museum isn't exceptionally large so you can work your way through in an hour or two at the most (if you really linger) Top off your visit with a meal at... More

This is a sophisticated and interesting museum with a large holding of works and terrific travelling exhibits. It's very comfortable, not too crowded, and with enough places to sit down. The cafe attached is not cheap but is of high quality.

Nice museum downtown in OKC. Street repair downtown was a mess, and my gps had a heck of a time getting through all the construction areas and blocked off streets. The museum is deceptive from the front, and resembles an old 1950's building from the front. In fact, I think it is, but the inside is thoroughly modern. The collection... More
