We went on a Sunday and they were leaving infrequently so we had to hang out around the pick up just in case one showed up but never knew when. Then the ride up and down, although beautiful, the tour portion left a lot to be desired. Not a lot of talking just quiet bumping and sailing through a pretty... More

Hi, sorry you had a less-than-stellar experience! Please shoot us an e-mail at info@bricktownwatertaxi.com as we'd like to hear more about it. Late in the year we don't run as often due to less demand, but this should have been communicated to you up front when you purchased your wristbands. Also it sounds like your guide might not have covered... More

What a fun experience! Thanks to our captain, Cpt. Cassidy, we had a great time. He told us about the area, restaurants to try, local attractions, and more. He truly made the experience! It's a 40 minute boat ride and what that we would definitely take again. Plus you can hop off and on through the day if you want.

Do yourself a favor and walk along the canal and listen to the captains and see which one is a good talker and driver. We got stuck with an old guy that constantly ran into stuff and wasn't very good at pointing out anything. Felt like a waste of 30 minutes and $21.

The Water Taxi was a great experience. The tour guide made the time enjoyeble as he had an endless amount of facts about the area. We learned so much about OKC as well as Oklahoma history as a whole.

One can take the taxi or just walk along the river channel. We have done both and if you are up to walking, it is about a 40 minute stroll. The taxi provides a narration of how the channel was built and some of the historical information.

Looked cool, but this is NOT a morning activity. We were here on a weekend morning and there is NOTHING going on in the a.m. Water taxis don't start up til 11am, but even then it doesn't appear much is going on, the restaurants are just starting to open up, but far from coming to life.

Hi Bruce, sorry, you are right; Bricktown is a little bit sleepy on mornings, especially in the Fall. Water Taxi does open at 10 AM during the spring and summer months. Thanks for your visit though! More

We traveled to Bricktown to celebrate my 50th birthday. Took the water taxi because I was getting a blisters on my feet from walking... it was a great ride and wonderful info about the area! I would go again!

This was a blast - we had 4 water taxis and our group of 65 people set off in teams to get photos of local area fun items during a scavenger hunt. Truly a great experience and tons of fun!! Highly recommend if in the area and need an activity to do!

This is a nice little tour of the canals of Bricktown. One gets a nice sense of history of the area and Oklahoma in general. We had a great guide who was born and raised in the area and his pride for his home state was infectious. It is about an hour and not very expensive. Definitely recommend this sweet... More
