Rocktown Climbing Gym is the ultimate rock climbing destination in Oklahoma...

Rocktown Climbing Gym is the ultimate rock climbing destination in Oklahoma City. Featuring indoor and outdoor top rope and lead climbs up to 110 feet, bouldering, auto belays, and instruction. The "grain silo" structure and repurposing of the facility has led Rocktown to be named one of the most unique rock gyms in the United States. We cater not only to the die-hard expert climber but to families and those of all abilities seeking adventure.

Rocktown Climbing Gym is a social enterprise with Rocktown Youth Mentoring, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. "RYM" serves youth by cultivating character through mentoring and adventure. At-risk youth participate at no cost. Every time you climb at Rocktown Gym, you are directly contributing to a program that speaks into the lives of the youth in our community. Your patronage helps to fund Rocktown Youth Mentoring, as Rocktown's fee based services will help RYM achieve its goal of becoming a self-sustaining nonprofit organization.

Rocktown Climbing Gym possesses some of the tallest climbing gym routes in the United States. We are housed in a grain elevator with climbs up to 90 feet tall and 140 in total length. We have over 65 routes inside the silos including a finger crack, hand crack, chimney route, a route that finishes on the ceiling (100 ft off the ground), multi pitch routes, 13 outside routes, and two bouldering walls Including a 60-degree bouldering wall. We also currently have 5 auto belay systems that allow a climber to climb routes without needing a partner. Our routes vary in difficulty to allow the beginning climber to expert climber find something to challenge them.

I go here all the time with my boys. They always have a really fun time in the bouldering room. You can climb inside the silos and on the outside. Last night my twins (9 year-old boys) both went to the top on the outside and loved the view. They really had a fun time. I have a family monthly... More

What a great idea!!!! Rock climbing on grain silo's. Such a clever idea and a really cool way to repurpose an old building. Went with my husband and had a great time. Rock climbing for every level. Wish I lived nearby. I would go all the time.

I've been here a few times. It's great for "something different" in Oklahoma-when you want to go out with the hubby and do something besides see a movie or go out to eat. It's a bit pricey, but we had a great time. Lots of laughing going on! It's also great for older kids. They have all the equipment you... More

Took my kids here over spring break and found the same great customer service that I've experienced in the past. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. This place is for those new to climbing and experts alike with plenty of challenging routes to choose from at all levels. It's a very at home feeling every time I walk through the doors.... More

This place is very unique- climbing inside and outside old silos. It is a little hard to find as the road ends close to it but we made it there. It is not climate controlled so plan accordingly. My son is very new to climbing and had a great time. The price isn't cheap but very fair for the type... More

We have climbed in silos in our hometown and really enjoy the experience. The nice thing about Rocktown is that they also have auto belays so you can climb on your own. There are climbs for all levels of experience.

Went there spent $58 for an hour to realize that this is not a place for teens and just want to climb for an hour or two

The staff are helpful and friendly and the gym caters to all levels of climbers, from the first-timers to the seasoned veterans. They have lead options, two bouldering rooms (one at 60 degrees), a training room, and some great routes. I have been to a lot of climbing gyms in several countries, and this truly is my favourite. Indoor and... More

This is a great place for all ages. You can rent equipment that is not that bad in price and they train you about proper form. I saw all ages when I went and it was a lot of fun. It is in an old grain elevator so whatever temp it is outside will be the temp inside and it... More

Our Youth Group went on a rock climbing adventure. Wow I was really surpised at how much team work there was. The older kids were trained to be on the ropes at the bottom of each climber as well as climbing. It was great. Cay was with a different person in every room. The staff was Super friendly. Talked with... More
