This was a pleasant surprise! Oklahoma City has really stepped up its game with a nice-looking zoo and diversity of wildlife. The best time to attend is early morning when the zoo first opens. There are less crowds and during this time of year the mornings are cooler. The Good ------------- 1) Helpful staff 2) Clean zoo 3) Animals advertised... More

Our family are regulars here spring though fall. We love our zoo so much!! Great to spend all day or just a few hours. We love to bring a picnic lunch and eat at one of the many seating areas. Love to see the Elephants and the Oklahoma Trails!

The OKC Zoo is a must when the grand kids or any young at heart guest show up. If you have special interest such as feeding the giraffes, check out their web page so you won't miss the event. I have been there many times but still have trouble locating the attractions. The on site maps could be better.

This zoo is amazing, the price is very affordable & it has some wonderful animals. The animals appear to be well kept & have a large amount of room to roam about. The staff was very friendly and the site was clean. We fed the giraffes for only $3... which was an awesome deal to us! The parking lot is... More

The staff in the OKC zoo are famous for being very friendly and I personally have to testify that this is true. Oklahoma can very hot in the summer so picking the right time to go is far more important. As of parking, food, staff, and everything else, they are very well organized.
