The OKC zoo is one of the nicest zoos in the United States. Prices are low and animal selection and treatment is top notch. Beautiful landscaping, great picnic areas and playgrounds, and family friendly. You won't regret this trip!

Most of the animal displays seem to offer enough space for the animals to be in a comfortable environment, while remaining visible. They have several programs that allow some level of interaction with the animals or educational opportunities. We really enjoyed feeding the Lorikeets....paid $3 for a little cup of nectar, but the up close encounter with these funny, colorful... More

A truly wonderful zoo...great children's area, exhibits. They are constantly improving. We are sure to renew our membership each year. The family pass is a must for locals (especially those with small children!). Buy from Mathis Brothers in May for a great deal!

Had a day to kill in OKC waiting for family to arrived so I spent a day at the zoo. Nicely laid out with a good collection of animals. Was especially surprised to see that they had a Snow Leopard and that he was visible! They have a breeding program for the Gallapagos Tortoise and I was surprised at the... More

This is a very nice thought out zoo. All the animals seemed to be well taken care of and you could get a good view of them in a somewhat natural habitat. They only draw back was it is very large and there is ALOT of walking. Some of the directions to different displays were confusing.

I don't know why but I love going to the zoo. Playing and standing under the water mister, going with or without children, and listening into the special times where the zookeeper will feed or bring out the animal so you can learn more and see the animal better.

I took my niece to the zoo to give her grandmother a break. The price for admission was more than fair. While I have some medical issues, there where lots of places to sit and lots of shade.

'Tis zoo is one of the cleanest and best kept zoos that we have visited. Kids of any age can have a great experience at the zoo and there are lots if I testing activities to partake of throughout the day.
