This is the second Sky Zone we’ve been to and they all offer pretty much the same thing. This one doesn’t have a full food court, just drinks and some snacks. The kids had a blast and the staff was really nice. Was clean and welcoming. Needs a few more lockers for guests.

We brought our three grandchildren here for an hour and a half. They had a lot of fun. I think sky zone is to the 20th century what skating parks were to 60s-80s. You will want to as much as possible on the internet before you come. We filled out our liability forms on line and signed up ahead of time for a 90 minute tone slot. I would recommend this because when you arrive there is one huge line trying to get signed up to use time slots and all the current time slots are taken. Make a reservation and show up early.
It would really help if they had two separate lines- one for people that are ready with their liability forms and schedules times already paid for and all others in another line.
We showed up at 2:25 pm for our 2:30 spot and needless to stay the line was daunting (25 people). I did find someone behind the counter that helped us out and the kids were on the trampoline in 10 minutes.
Once the kids started I stayed with their stuff ( there are no secure lockers). Shoes, and coats, and shirts are spread all over the floor. (It was winter which made this worse). I would suggest that a secure locker be provided as part of the service.
I told the three of them to stay together and grandma went to watch. Not sure how many kids were signed up by their parents then dropped off in here. Probably a 10:1 kid to adult ratio here.
All in all the kids enjoyed it, and we would take them again. Next time I might make a few changes. Maybe this will help you get prepared for your visit.

Gianni was our hostess and she was GREAT! Very attentive and knowledgeable. It was very crowded, but she kept us informed of what was going on. Request her when going or returning.

WORST PARTY PLACE EVER! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! RUINED my daughter's birthday!!
To start with, my daughter's birthday party was unexpectedly pushed back THIRTY MINUTES past the originally agreed upon party time, without my consent. I had written down the time that I had reserved and paid for while I was actually on the phone and reserving the party, so there was no misunderstanding on my part. This meant sitting an ENTIRE party of children down on metal bleachers and expecting them to watch the other children in the building jump while they sat. You can imagine what thirty minutes of metal bleachers feels like to a birthday girl with all her guests and their parents sitting and waiting, confused and a bit irritated. Considering I had reserved a special time far in advance, and spent ton of money to do so, it was as frustrating as it was embarrassing.
Then comes the party room experience. AWFUL! After only thirty minutes of jump time, the guests enter the party room. We had ordered extra pizza and drinks from Skyzone on top of the party fee. Half way through eating pizza, we were given a twenty minutes warning. I had to tell the birthday girl to 'move it'. We started lighting candles, singing, and cutting cake and serving it. Party time was oddly running out faster than I had expected, and after cake was cut (and before the kids could actually get through eating it) we had to open gifts quickly.
The hostess said that 'our time was up and they needed to start on the next party'. My daughter was lifting up her birthday gifts as they took the table cloth from underneath them and started throwing things away.
Biryhday girl asked where her piece of cake was, and it had already been thrown away! She didn't even get a piece of her own cake on her birthday (which we had paid big money for, and she had spent days finding the exact design and bakery tgat could create it)!! The trash was being emptied and new table cloths were being placed on the table for the next party WHILE MY GUESTS AND THEIR PARENTS WERE STILL SEATED AND FINISHING CAKE!! It was so incredibly embarrassing!!
I was told later, that a few of our guests had even gone back for drinks to-go at the end, and the drinks had already been cleared and were gone without warning. We had paid for those drinhi with our birthday package. If nothing else, at least they could have set them outside the room on a table for us. The birthday girl's drink had been thrown out without warning, also, and when she went to the drink station to grab a glass of lemonade to-go, they already had the drinks set out for the next party. Our party was still gathering up purses and shoes!! Ridiculous!!
Come to find out, the party I had paid for, which was supposed to be from 4-6pm, actually began at 4:30 and we were pushed out of the room (quite literally), by 5:30pm.
In actuality, the party ended up being 4:30-5:30pm, and I and my daughter left flustered, confused, and incredibly embarrassed in front of all of our guests. My daughter wasn't able to have time to finish eating the pizza we paid for, her piece of cake was thrown away before she could even taste it, and she wasn't even able to even get a 'to-go' glass of drink (that we paid for) before we were kicked out.
But they DID remember to call and settle up our bill within a few minutes of us all leaving absolutely fuming, since we left without remembering or being reminded to 'close out our account' and pay the other half of it, in all the confusion and rudeness we had experience, as we were kicked out the door. They were certainly on top of that.
The guests' parents said they had never seen anything like this. It was INCREDIBLY embarrassing. Everyone (especially the birthday girl) was upset. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT have a birthday party here!! We and our guests will never be back!

The kiddos like coming here; problem is the check in process. There's always a line, then people are told to go to a different line to do waivers, then they stand in line again upon returning to the first line. Yet the lines and waiting isn't so much due to it being crowded; rather, cumbersome.
As for me, I was told my waiver was out of date. I asked if my file was on their PC (address/phone) and was told "Yes" but I was still required to go do new, complete waivers including contact info. for the kids and me.
I can't help but notice: The screens for name/address/phone/eMail are big and easy to read & navigate. The actual waiver itself? Small print and cumbersome. I would have walked but had a Groupon. Is the real purpose a waiver or marketing list? As such, I re-entered EVERYTHING (even though I was in their database) and then had to go stand in line again. Ugh. Next time I'll walk.
Speaking of, I just watched a nice elderly lady get sent to a kiosk and she was clearly confused and not comfortable using a computer yet Sky Zone won't do a paper marketing list, ahem, waiver.
Also, apparently grandparents can't do the waiver(?). Another sale walked out the door. You would think bringing a bunch of grandkids would help sales.
The three employees doing absolutely nothing at the snack bar (with no customers) didn't see Grandma leave. They were too busy goofing off. Sorta makes you wonder why they couldn't help the lone employee at front desk which again, is always crowded and slow. Or, have them monitor or clock out.
Chairs for parents are hard plastic and there aren't enough of them unless you want to ask a stranger if you can sit at his or her table. For every four chairs, no more than two get used (normally one). For a one hour jump I bet all parents would like a padded chair.
Wake up Sky Zone management, wake up....

My son’s 11th birthday fell on our schools fall break so we planned an impromptu trip to SkyZone. I found a Groupon, purchased it and hopped in the car for the 1 1/2 hour drive. We arrived about 11:35 and open jump started at noon. Redeeming the Groupon was a cinch and I filled out the waivers online before we left home. The building is well lit and variety of bouncing activities. Lockers available for $.50
Like every trampoline park, jump socks are required and my only complaint is you have to have their socks (SkyZone). I brought a pair for my daughter that we’d purchased from another trampoline park but she was required to have SkyZone socks. That was $3 that I didn’t really want to spend. Otherwise, a great outing in a rainy day!

We went this past Saturday for the first time and had a wonderful experience! My husband, myself, and our 7 year old had a blast and were exhausted after an hour (which was plenty of time for us). We ordered tickets online, so check in was a breeze and even though we were scheduled 6:30-7:30, they let us start about 15 minutes early as it wasn't busy at all. They have quarter activated lockers for your belongings and sell grip socks to make it safer and easier to navigate through the trampolines. Staff was very friendly and we enjoyed every minute. Will definitely be coming back soon!

Sky zone is awesome! Me and my fiancé went and had a blast. I tend to be a big kid so I fit right in! They have lockers for your stuff. Would make a great place for a kids birthday!

We spent an hour here on Sunday and it was so much fun! There are tons of kids but it is still a great date location. It would also be great for children, families and birthday parties

We took our 18 month old recently for toddler time. These are special morning hours where the facility is only available to kiddos. It was a great way for him to experience something new and be around other little ones. There were quite a few kids, but not too many that it took away from the fun. For safety, you do need to keep a close eye out for the other kids, especially bigger ones who may inadvertently bump into or fall on smaller ones.
Prior to paying at the desk, you must complete a waiver via computers off to the side. I am not sure how long the waiver is good for and I did not read the fine print, but I am sure you are signing your life away - this place is fun, but surely a huge insurance liability. They also make you buy and wear their socks ($2/pair). The have grip on the bottom and help with balance, etc. on the trampolines. They are actually pretty nice socks, and I am sure a solid revenue stream as people have to forget to bring them on subsequent visits!
SkyZone was fun for our little one and I would love to go back when I could actually partake in the fun and jump around!

We would like to bring our tripet grandchildren on Thursday, but my husband and I are 69 years old and have no business jumping. Do we still need to pay the hourly rate for both of us to just watch?
Written June 12, 2018
Nope! You can laugh at them while sitting and watching!
