We visited the Will Rogers Memorial Museum since we had some time on our hands while visiting our son at Rogers State. We are so glad we did. This place is great! You get to go back in time and discover what a fascinating man Will Rogers was. This is a part of Americana that needs to be shared with... More

Our family of four usually whizzes through Oklahoma on our way to visit the Grandparents out west, but with some extra time on this trek, we thought we'd peek in at the Will Rogers Memorial. We wish we'd had more time to spare here. This well-designed museum triumphantly exceeded our expectations, and I'd say it's on a par with just... More

Our family of six (from age 71 to 15) stopped at the Will Rogers Museum not really knowing much of anything about him. We all learned a great deal and were all glad we included the stop on our trip. With the many video displays the museum seems to appeal to all ages. We definitely thought it was worth our... More

Pretty good place to walk around and learn about Will Rogers. It has a movie theater and everything. Not the most entertaining for younger children though.

We made a point to stop at this memorial after finding it closed on our last visit. We weren't disappointed! We didn't know much about Will Rogers but found that he was a positive influence in American history. Good for Claremore for keeping his story alive and maintaining these beautiful grounds! There was so much to see and even an... More

Must see, you will need to set aside 1 1/2 to 2 hours to get the full experience of the museum. Will Roger would be having a wonderful time with what is going on in Washington DC today. It is amazing how many ideas Will Rogers had that still apply.

Had wanted to stop and check this out for a number of years. Glad we took a slightly variant route back from a trip to Ft. Worth to include a stop here. Excellent presentations and personable staff. If you are a fan of American History at all, allow yourself a couple of hours here.

Found the museum to be rather educational, and inspiring. Admission is $7.00 for adults and $5.00 for seniors. Has a very nice gift shop full of Wil Rogers goodies.
