More than Nuts

Friendly staff. Lot more than nuts. Large variety of candies, coffee, gifts, food such as lunch meats, cheeses, etc. Small dining area. Sort of out of the way and outside of town... read more

I have been to the Nut House many times. They do have a week long Festival on the grounds in the Fall with many vendors and music. That is fun and is festive. Other than that, it is a very average tourist "stop" along old Route 66. They have the typical stuff...a deli counter, good homemade fudge (this is better... More

The Nut House is alongside and RV retail shop located in Claremore,OK. We all went "nutty" with samples of fudge, coffee, and friendly service. You have to pull over and check it out for yourself. No disappointment here!

awesome fudge no matter what kind you get, great that they have outside movies in the summer, and other things going on there through out the year

The Nut House has to be on your places to visit whether a traveler on Route 66 or a local looking for a great lunch. They have unique gifts, all kinds of pecans, Amish goods, sandwiches and awesome fudge in all kinds of varieties. Highly recommend.

We stopped at the Nut House after visiting the Blue Whale. We were lured in by the name and signs advertising nuts for sale. Once we got inside, we were surprised to find very few nut items. There were a lot of other food items--jars, mixes, specialty items, etc. but very little nuts. The prices were quite high as well,... More

I shopped there around the Christmas holidays. They have a very nice selection of nuts, meats, cheeses and gift items. A great place to browse.

Located on historic route 66 just outside of Claremore, OK. Actually, it doesn't look like much from the outside. It isn't the typical kind of side of the road nut house, but you won't know it until you actually go inside. In fact the otuside kind of put us off a bit - there were actual "toilets" filled with sand... More

I love to go to The Nut House and cruise the aisles. This is not your run of the mill small store, this is an adventure of memories, discovery and sensual awakening. You will find that they specialize in what the big box stores don't carry, besides nuts of all verity, plain, raw, salted, chocolate covered and nut oils, you... More

I am in the bank travel business. I take senior citizens on bus tours. I took a group to Claremore, OK on September 23rd and 24th. On the 24th we had lunch at The Nut House. Hazel (the head nut and owner) made a delicious Mexican buffet for my group. We had a separate room off the store and deli... More
