This park is a great place to rest or play disc golf on their pristine 18-hole course (all in full sun). It’s not for hikers or water enthusiast. Although this park boasts over 2,000 acres, it has a meager 5 miles of trails that quite...More

Drove through park scouting camp sites for future visit and found many that will work! Really pretty park and nice area. Lake was muddy brown mess - maybe because spring 'turnover? Lovely state park though and look forward to future visits.

We visited this nice park often. We enjoyed hiking the 3 scenic trails. There is a disc golf course and a childrens playground.

Stopped for one night tent camping on our way west on Hwy. 40. We reserved a site ahead of time which was not necessary at the time of year we dropped by. The staff was very nice and the campground clean. The lake was nice...More
