Not brand new but well kept with a nostalgic look and feel. The seats are super comfy and theater is clean

Love our date nights in the screening room or Directors suite. Get a bite to eat and kick back and enjoy a movie. The theater is clean and close to home. So for us it’s a great choice over other theaters in town.

Yes, unfortunately this movie lover has a husband who hates going to the movies. We had some gift passes so he agreed to go with me. What a beautiful theater. We had a quick dinner in the "diner" which was good. Then we went to see the movie, The Stray. It was the perfect movie for us to see as we had just recently found our own stray dog. Now that is another story! The seats in the theater are very comfortable and convert to recliners, but the best part is that they are heated! Lots of leg room. The sound system was not too loud and was fabulous. Even my husband admitted he enjoyed the theater. Not sure I could get him to go back to the movies though. Will just bring my sisters!

Bought tickets in the Regal app for the screening room with reclining seats. When we arrived we were in a regular theater with normal seats. Manager just shrugged and offered no explanation. Seems they have had to resort to dishonest business practices to sell tickets. The place is a ghost town on Friday and Saturday nights. Their excessive advertisements must be all that's paying the bills at this time. Movie was supposed to start at 8:30 and at 8:45 they were still playing commercials, not even previews yet.

Since regal took over. The restaurant and menu has completely changed. Very limited food selection. Two burgers and drinks. $40.00. Food used to have better selection for much cheaper price and better quality. Definitely not the same experience as before. Sad that big corporations can't do it as well as an individual

My wife and I recently went to see Fantasy Island in the Director’s Suite. This is the first time in a couple of years that we had ordered food during the movie. During that time, Regal has taken over the management of the theater and the food menu. I can say that I will not order food anymore as it wasn’t very good. Also, my wife has to have gluten-free and all that is available now is a pepperoni pizza. My wife was sorely disappointed.

The Director’s Suite is a nice place to see a movie with the recliners available in the other theaters. I think the tickets were around $22 each. There is a tray to sit your food and drink. There are waitpersons to take your food/drink orders. I will say that the Rum Punch drink was decent and both of us enjoyed drinking.

The Warren Theater is certainly a nice theater and no other in the Tulsa metro area even compares. They just need to take back the menu from Regal and manage it themselves.

I had to cancel tickets (re-purchased then the following week). That was January 5th. The credit is showing up on my Regal account but never hit my credit card. I will have to go in person to try to straighten this out. I tried calling but no answer...multiple times.

Yesterday was the first time being at this theater…..question, why are all the ticket prices the same for seniors, children and adults??? Plus, where is this service you are supposed to receive?? The boy behind the concession stand was slow and had to keep whipping his head around to get the hair out of his eyes……..sorry. Won’t be back

This place has really gone down hill since Regal took over, used to be the best experience in the country but now its highly commercialized just like every other theater around. It is still one of the best theaters in Tulsa as far as picture and audio quality goes but don't expect the real Warren experience that you used to get. It's just another AMC or some other conglomerate theater company that wants to get your money and advertise to you. I feel sorry for the employees they don't seem nearly as happy and friendly as they once were.

I've been going to the Warren since it opened, and while it was being ran by the parent company, it was great. The Directors Suites were fabulous, the food and service were excellent, and the pre-movie ads and entertainment were interesting and enjoyable. Iused to recommend the Warren to my friends. but not anymore. The last time we were there (9-15-18) we had a hassle to get in to the Directors Suite because instead of paper tickets, we used a phone app, accidentally archived the tickets AFTER we had already checked in at the top of the stairs, and the door guard at our theater wouldn't let us in until we went back to the check-in at the stairs and got the lady who had viewed our tickets. We ordered soup off the menu and had to ask the server for a spoon to eat it with. Ordered a pretzel bun for one of our sandwiches and got an onion roll instead, plus the food was barely warm and slow in coming even tho the theater wasn't even half-full. Forget about drink refills: none were offered and after the meal fiasco, it wasn't worth the hassle asking. Oh, and they had the sound turned up so loud that it was BLARING and you missed some of the dialog. I figured when Regal got hold of the Warren things would slide and I was right. Its gotten cheap without lower its prices any. I think Regal needs to look hard at the manager of their Broken Arrow Warren theater.
