Bigger than most but not as big as the one in Springfield, MO. Lots of shopping and great selection. The workers didn't check on me much.

Long story...TRUE STORY...went in today, just looking around, found a few things. Checking out told the cashier 1 item didn’t ring the correct price on rack. The front end operator was called over and completely dismissed me as I tried to explain which rack the...More

If you like Bass Pro then this is a nice one. It struck me bigger than many others. It is easy to get to. Of course, Oklahoma is at the epicenter for outdoor activities.

Shenandoah Valley Bluegreen Resorts - Should we go? (18 Replies)
We recently purchased a 3 day 2 night vacation package stay at the Shenandoah Valley, VA Bluegreen Resorts through Bass Pro Shops. After doing some research about Bluegreen Resorts I'm nervous about going. We have occasionally thought about buying into a timeshare property, but will not consider Bluegreen Resorts after reading all the negative reviews about fees, increasing points, lack of help from Bluegreen management and the negative sales pitches. Question: Is it worth attending this...More

I am actually at the resort as I write... was looking up stuff to do in Gordonsville when I found your question. Before I tell you about the place, we've been BG members for about 12 years now. Don't listen to all the junk people have to say. Only those with complaints write. They have lots of other very satisfied customers and a lot of people who either don't bother with the presentation or just no how to say no and still enjoy the vacation. Or you can try it for a few days and then decide...More

Which day? (4 Replies)
My family and I will be spending a weekend in Atlanta in March. We have a Saturday and Sunday available and intend on doing Six Flags over Georgia and Zoo Atlanta. My question is can anyone recommend which day to do eithor attraction? The main purpose of the trip is to see the Pandas (my daughters are captivated by them) so is Saturday a better day to attend the zoo or is Sunday. Any help is greatly appreciated to make the most of our visit. Also how far out of Atlanta is the Bass Pro Shops...More

Crowds will be more of a factor at the zoo than at Six Flags, but given that the pandas have been around for several years and even the new baby panda is several months old, I don't think you'll have any problems there either. Going on Sunday morning might be a good plan, since at least some folks will be in church until noon time or so. Otherwise I don't think it makes much difference. Union City and the Bass Pro Shops store at Discover Mills are definitely about as far apart as you can...More

December Roll Call (3 Replies)
We are going the later part of December. We have never been in December so we are looking forward to seeing all the lights and decorations. Hope to see a little snow but not too much! We would like to take some short hikes. We are thinking about the Porters Creek trail in Greenbriar and maybe Hen Wallow Falls in Cosby. Also, we want to do some shopping-Bass Pro Shops, Old Tyme Pottery, The Amish Store and some of the shops on the Arts & Crafts Loop. We plan on seeing the Lumberjack show...More

We are coming down Dec,1st for a few nights. We just got back last week and we seen Christmas at Smokey Mountain Opry. It was the Best show we have seen in a long time, it's right up there with the Christmas show at Dixie Stampede. We got the deal where we got 2 shows for $59.95 it's a great deal, we also seen Hatfield and McCoy dinner show it was good too and we like the food which I was surprised. but the Christmas show at the Opry was by far the best of the two. it's a must see show
