The Alpacas of Spring Acres was a perfect weekend getaway with the grandkids. We stayed in the charming ajoined two room suite of the B&B and enjoyed an afternoon of fishing at the beautiful five acre lake. Sherry was the perfect hostess, even taking the time and going out of her way to bring cold water and sodas down to the lake for us while we fished with the grandkids. She baked chocolate chip cookies for the kids and sent some for them to have on the trip home. The alpacas was the main attraction for us because the kids particularly asked for our weekend to include seeing alpacas. The Alpacas of Spring Acres did not disappoint, it was everything we could have asked for and more. The B&B is a beautiful home filled with warmth and comfort. Sherry is a superior hostess and conversationist as well as great artist. No matter the reason for your stay in the area, The Alpacas of Spring Acres is a great choice for anyone.

My wife loves alpacas and this was a birthday surprise for her. Our weekend was amazing. Sherry is a wonderful host and the meals she prepared were delicious and plentiful. Becky, Alyssa, and the rest of the staff are very friendly and took lots of time out of their busy days to show us around and answer any questions we had. The room were very nice and comfortable. An expierience we look forward to repeating.

What a #1 beautiful hostess, #2 gorgeous location, #3 comfortable, clean home with beautiful view of the lake and land, #4 delicious breakfast, #5 wonderful tour of the alpaca farm - learned a lot. Looking forward to staying in the future. The conversation with our hostess was a true gift to us. We feel like we've made a friend for life. We will be back to visit the farm with more family members as well as letting neighbors and friends know the beauty of this unexpected gem. Thank you Sherry and Becky for making this trip memorable.

We stayed for one Saturday night in March and loved it! Our hostess was very personable and attentive, even providing glasses and ice to take up to our room and cooked us a wonderful breakfast in the morning! When we saw the alpacas, Lindsay was obviously passionate about the animals and happy to answer all out questions. We seriously wanted to take Nightingale home with us! It's a great place to stay with a lot of natural beauty. We plan on staying again this summer to enjoy the pond!

Our Zanesville daughter-in-law suggested we stay at the Bed and Breakfast while in town for a family weekend. The farm is impressive, the accommodations were very comfortable and the breakfasts were truly gourmet. We enjoyed our personal tour of the farm and learning about the alpacas. We would highly recommend this for couples or families.

We spent 2 nights in the apartment above one of the Alpaca barns and weren't sure what to expect. It was beautiful! The furnishings, kitchen and bathroom were all of the highest quality and it was very spacious! There was a big flight of stairs to go up but that was not an issue for us. Breakfast was served in the main B & B building and was a highlight for all of us. In the evening we drank wine under the greenhouse trellis and relaxed. Fantastic stay!

My best friend and I stayed at this bed-and-breakfast Spring acres out the alpacas of Spring acres. Sharie the hostess was wonderful and very accommodating. She cooked us a wonderful breakfast and we really enjoyed our stay there.
My best friend and I would both recommend highly staying at this bed-and-breakfast. We also visited the alpacas who are on the same property and got a wonderful tour. It was very interesting to learn about the alpacas and we did get to see your baby alpacas I had just been born maybe a week or two prior. The lady at the alpaca farm was very welcoming and very knowledgeable about her animals. So if you ever have some free time I just want to go check it out I recommend that you make your reservation for next year because they are closed for the rest of this year.

My husband and I were looking for a couple of peaceful, relaxing days and this place did not disappoint!
Our hostess Sherry greeted us warmly, answered all of our questions and helped us settle in. The B&B is charming and I spent some time exploring the bookshelves for an evening read as well as winding down at the piano. That evening we were treated with a fresh-baked apple pie al a mode as we sat on the balcony looking out on the lake and watching the sun set. Our breakfast was so delicious and filling! We explored the alpaca farm and were given a tour by Becky. She has such love for her alpacas and keeps an impressive and tidy farm. We met “the boys” and “the girls” in their respective barns. Becky knows them all by name and shared stories about them. She explained how the farm started, how they currently manage it and what she plans on doing with alpacas in the future. We stopped in at the farm store and bought several items including some warm pink alpaca socks. They had a great variety of product to choose from. Upstairs of the store is their weaving room and we learned about weaving alpaca fiber. We were free to explore the property and walked down by the lake, rested at the pavilion, checked out the greenhouse and vegetable garden. It was so relaxing to enjoy the quiet calm of the farm. The animals were amazing and everyone at the farm made sure we had a great experience. We look forward to going back again soon.
