Not particularly fun

The staff is apathetic and disinterested with some apparently on antidepressants.. seriously it kind of brought the fun factor down a couple notches.. overall skyzone is a better bet

Very Clean and Enjoyable for Parents and Kids
Jan 2019 • Family
My kiddos loved their time at Rockin Jump. We bought the frequent jumper card as that is the best value for our family. It is very clean and a little expensive---- but I think that that helps cut down on large crowds. When we went my kiddos were able to run freely and did not have to wait for any of the attractions like the rock climbing wall. This is a great place to take your kiddos to "get all that energy out"! :)

Don’t waste your money. Go somewhere else.

Not impressed. You have to buy their socks (even though we had sky zone socks that were perfectly fine). They have an obstacle course that has a ridiculously high height requirement where other trampoline parks have no height restrictions. My son was literally 1/4” below the requirement and they wouldn’t allow him to even try. That was the whole reason we chose this location. They were understaffed to a point that they couldn’t have all attractions open at the same time. I won’t be back. I’d rather drive the extra distance to go to Get Air where they have more attractions and my son can actually do them all.

Expensive
Jun 2018 • Family
Smaller than other trampoline facilities, and charges $16/hr per person. They have a frequent jumper card, but the overall price still makes it impossible to be there frequently unless money is not an issue. Pretty sure the average family cannot afford this place. The only reason that gave this place an average rating instead of a poor rating is because it was very clean and my children had a lot of fun. They should consider lowering their prices or offer a monthly membership that isn't as overpriced as their current "deals".

Hello Tallilama, At the very outset we would like to thank you for your visit. We have 8 attractions at our park Open Jump, dodgeball, Stunt Bag, Ninja Course, Rock Wall, X-Beam Gladiator challenge, Slam Dunk and more! Unlike other fun places for children we do not have separate costs for each attraction. Like for eg. Magic Mountain we do not charge $8.00 for a 10 minute car ride or $8.00 for 10 minutes of a laser tag game, coins the best deal is $20.00 lasts only 45 minutes, Skyzone charges $13.00 for 60 minutes of jump and gives you only open jump, Dodgeball and Stunt Bag for that price. Bounce Houses give you 2 inflatables for $8.00 an hour in comparison we are give large open jump arenas and so many choices for you to have fun and a memorable time at the park. We are very competitive in price and offer a lot more for the price all inclusive. Your admission does not restrict you from enjoying any attraction in the park. We also offer Free WIFI and a full fledged cafe to all our guests. Our pizzas are enjoyed by many and many place orders to take home and enjoy with family. Thank you and Have a Rockin' Day!

Kids love it!

Very clean, lots of fun for children (I agree with other reviewer about 5 or over), adults seemed to be having a great time too! They are smiling and laughing the entire time while they use up all that energy. The workers are exceptionally nice....especially Maria!

Great for kids over 5. Bummed for children 2 and under
Mar 2018 • Family
Some momma friends and I took our kids to Rockin' Jump. First of all I was put off by the price. $16 for 1 hour, then you have to buy their socks $2, a pair. ( Even if you have grip socks from another play area). Next, the children that are 2 and under are not aloud to go in an area unless you pay $16 for them and buy socks for them. And of course, God forbide, you want to take your shoes off And take them into an area, you need to buy a wristband for $16, buy socks, to take them in. Needless, to say, if you have little ones below 2, they will be walking up and down the aisle outside any play area.
I felt frustrated when by the time we left.
The big kids had a great time. It is clean and well done.
But, that was a big bummer for the 2 and under and their mommas.

Hello Carol, Thank you for your review. We offer our Rockin' Tots program for kids 5 and under you pay $15.00 for both parent and child admission for the entire 3 hours during the week or 2 hours on weekend. We understand that this may not be a great solution when you visit with your family but unfortunately to avoid everyone from going on the Trampolines and overcrowding the area we need that only guests with wristbands are allowed on the attractions. This helps to keep everyone safe and enjoy at the park. For our insurance purposes we do have a limit for the number of jumpers buying the wristbands, reinforcing the requirement of wristbands helps us monitor the numbers to avoid overcrowding and keep our jumpers safe. We do offer the Frequent Jumper Cards you can use these for anyone during open jump you pay only $12.00 for an hour per person. No exclusions and no hidden restrictions. You can also use the card for admission during Rockin' Tots Both parent and child get admission for $12.00 to enjoy the facility for 3 hours on weekdays and 2 hours on weekends. Thank you for visiting and Have a Rockin' Day! We look forward to seeing you again at the park.
