Surprise, surprise. They have a dozen or so full hookup sites now. But they didn't pay the contractor to quite finish the job ... so the dirt is just pushed to the back of each new site in ugly piles. But each pad is concrete, and an extra concrete pad for the table, too. It is a long way from... More

Great camp grounds. Vollunteers allways clean up after forgetful campers. Quiet at night. Plenty of activities for the family. Cost for a camp space is extremely family friendly. Leashed pets welcome at no charge. Tents or RVs accommodation. Reservations recommended. Handicapped space available.

The campsites were nice, if a bit close for our preferences. We stayed in the middle of the camp with only electric hookups (site 156). The site was pretty level, requiring one row of blocks to level but several blocks under the tongue jack. Be sure to bring your little ones to see the "fairy lights" in the trees just... More

Went here with our 2 kids ages 6 and 9 and we had a really good time. We have camped at Findley a few times in the past as well. This year they up graded the wash houses/restrooms which look fantastic - much better than the dated shower heads they use to have. The beach was relatively clean - you... More

Findley was good for our daughter's first experience camping because it was close to our home, there were outhouses near by, and resources were available if needed. That being said, the non-electric sites are very close together, and to the road, and it kinda feels like everyone is on the same camp site. (I didn't really check out the size... More

My family has been camping at Findley State Park for a few years now. It's a very nice park with trails, a playground, nature center, beach, showers, big lots (depending on which one you get - look at the map. There's lots of good options), kayak and canoe rentals, boat ramps, etc. We just went for a holiday for the... More

Worst place ever! Never go back again! I will be telling everyone not to visit! Staff is unfriendly, especially the lady at the front office! If you want to stay up later than 10 PM definitely DON'T go there! We have tried a lot of parks across Ohio and never had any problems!

We rented a canoe and kayak, and enjoyed the lake greatly. Large enough to spend the day onext it too, defiantly worth the trip.

Findley Park is usually a relaxing place to spend the day and enjoy Mother Nature. My husband and I have not visited Findley State Park for a few years and thought we would spend the day hiking and enjoy sitting by the beach. Not! As soon as I got out of the car, a cicada flew into my hair! The... More

Nice state park. Some of the activities offered were disc golf, hiking, canoeing, kayaking and the beach area for swimming has a concession stand. The site was large enough to back our 5th wheel into without a problem. Sites include a picnic table and fire ring. The showers were clean and while large enough for a shelf they only have... More
