A surprisingly nice park. Very clean campground with nice tree buffers between the rows. Lots of trails and a disc golf course that looked challenging. The mountain bike trail is surprisingly challenging with lots of roots, turns and obstacles to ride over if you choose ( you can go around most of the log piles). The map shows it as... More

On our saturday night there were loud trail whistles very late, and then some loud campers after that, we did not experience the quiet that I had read about in other reviews prior to our trip. If there is someone that goes around asking campers to keep quiet after 11pm he was not present on our visit. Then the dogs... More

Went went back for vacation. We used to camp here all the time before moving 10 years ago. They now have RV full hook up sites and electric sites. They still have some primitive camping sites. But because off the over growth, most of these sites are really small. Loved how quiet it was. Every night, there was raccoons that... More

Open year round. Went there in November for the Thanksgiving Holiday in my 37 foot Rv. Had access to water and I hear there are some sites now with sewer. Not crowded that time of year, so nice and quiet. Not far from Wellington Oh

Camping ⛺ at Findley was great. I loved listening to the birds in the morning 😊 the bugs and frogs sing at night. I just wish two cars can be on a site.

I used to camp at this park years ago and thought it was on of the best parks in the state. Over the years the campground deteriorated mostly because the state did not budget enough to keep the parks in good shape. I returned to Findlay to camp with a few other families and what Isaw gave me mixed feelings.... More

We have camped multiple times at Findlay. We've also nosed about the campgrounds scouting out the best sites. The best sites are the non-electric sites in terms of shade and space. That said, there's no electric, so if you're camping with someone who requires electric (like say for a sleep apnea machine), you'll need to get creative. After a few... More

Surprise, surprise. They have a dozen or so full hookup sites now. But they didn't pay the contractor to quite finish the job ... so the dirt is just pushed to the back of each new site in ugly piles. But each pad is concrete, and an extra concrete pad for the table, too. It is a long way from... More

Great camp grounds. Vollunteers allways clean up after forgetful campers. Quiet at night. Plenty of activities for the family. Cost for a camp space is extremely family friendly. Leashed pets welcome at no charge. Tents or RVs accommodation. Reservations recommended. Handicapped space available.
