Very nice mall! My mom and me had been at the Levis Commons when it started raining. We were not done shopping so we decided to drive over to Franklin Park and we were not disappointed. They have a lot of parking, some of it covered! Very nice! The mall seemed modern. A lot of really nice stores, Coach, and... More

A nice sized mall not too big or too little. Nice finishes and upscale feel. Great assortment of stores.

The mall has lots of good stores for every generation, but is a place to avoid on the weekends. I grew up going to this mall and have been in almost every store. However it has had numerous problems in the recent past. On the weekends I would rather visit Fallen Timbers or Levis Commons. It is sad that numerous... More

We are on our honeymoon and needed something to do our first day in the Toledo area. This mall was a suggestion from our list at our hotel. We enjoy walking around malls and shopping and we've been to quite a few. This is a good mall. It's nice. There are a lot of stores and a good variety. My... More

I went to Macy's and JC Penny's with my mother and sister yesterday and it was a pleasant experience. All of the workers were friendly, and I didn't see anything bad happening. If you are in Toledo and need a mall to go shopping, Franklin Park is certainly a place to consider!

The mall has changed over the years. No longer is it a place to go with the family. It has become a teen hangout with too many problems. I avoid the mall at all cost. The aisles are always busy with groups of kids who have no real reason to be there other than looking for a place to hang... More

This mall has been here for many years. It has expanded and is very nice in how it is set up. With a movie theater in it, as well as a good sized food court, there's plenty to do besides just shop. Family friendly, too.

This used to be a nice safe mall to visit but not anymore. Ever since they put the movie theaters in, there is a lot of riff raff! There are kids and gang like people hanging around this mall. I feel very unsafe at this mall. I would rather shop at the nearby outdoor type shopping at Levis Common or... More

There is something for everyone! It's huge, lots of stores to choose from! We went for lunch at bd's Mongolian barbecue. It was delicious!! They made it really easy for me to eat gluten free with everything labeled what I could have. We just told the guy cooking our food I had an allergy bowl and they cooked it in... More
