The place with the most in Toledo
Sep 2020
Franklin Park is the mall for everything--the biggest selection in Toledo. I drove 70 miles to Franklin Park in September 2020 because all of the theaters in Michigan were still closed. The movie theater was in very good shape--very clean theater and ladies' room, and the personnel were helpful and courteous.

I also had a delicious burger at the Burger Guys--I don't think we have them in Michigan. Burger Guys wasn't crowded, and I got excellent service and a delicious burger, better than the fast food I've gotten recently in Michigan.

Not a fan if you are over 40
Jan 2020 • Family
The only reason I go to this mall is for the Apple Store and Sephora. Pottery Barn and Williams & Sonoma closed. The mall definitely targets 15-28 year olds. There are connected stores like DSW worth visiting but otherwise not a fan. I wish the Apple Store was in Perrysburg.

TAX FREE WEEKEND, AUG 1, 2019
Aug 2019 • Couples
Came to Franklin Park Mall for the TAX FREE WEEKEND, stayed overnight in hotel and scoped it out the day before. Was able to buy my favourite runners, Nike Air Monarch for $48.75 a pair, so bought 2 with no tax. Also shopped at Dillard’s for my favourite short sleeve shirts with button down collars, York and Roundtree brand that were regularly priced at $39 for $8.19 each so of course had to buy 5, also tax free. The Mall is very nice, clean and modern. Would recommend everyone to stop in if in the area.

Huge Mall with Cinema!
Apr 2019 • Couples
Yes they have a Rave Theatre here that’s why we came. We have been in town since Wed and I think we found out where everyone is....! Lol. Well it is Sat and lots of people are out with the kids today. After we came out of the movie he wanted a salad. Found one at Kabob it. A Greek salad yum with pita and taziki. Pretty tasty too! The food court is huge and something for everyone! Lots of strollers today.
They also have a good variety of shopping too.

Average mall
Aug 2018 • Solo
Just your ordinary average mall, nothing that would pulls us on a long drive for, we just happened to be in the area and decided to stop by for the Tropical Grill at the food court to get one of their awesome strawberry daiquiris. There's a few good stores though.

VERY NICE MALL
Aug 2018 • Couples
Visited this mall yesterday for Tax Free Aug 3-5, 2018 event (exclusions apply)...Ohio has approx 7.5% sales tax. It was 90F and humid, so parked in the covered area between Macy's and Dillard's...it was great. Upon entering thru Macy's, many tables were set up featuring displays, info and "swag" (pens, pencils, stickers, candy, etc...) for kids, BACK TO SCHOOL along the halls of the mall. Great for families and kids of all ages for info about upcoming school year in the Toledo area. There are approx 160 stores, food court (WASHROOMS THERE NEED URGENT ATTENTION DUE TO VOLUME OF TRAFFIC). Found some deals at DILLARDS, less so at Macy's and JC Penny. Overall, for us, it was worth the hour and half drive to this mall, making it a day trip outing. Recommend to everyone, numerous food and other shopping venues in the area.

Big mall around this area
Jul 2018 • Family
This is the biggest mall around the area with all the brand stores that you generally need. They have a huge parking space all around the property and is centrally located. Large multi-brand retailers like JC Penney and Macy's are are also found here. The mall includes a modest food court where you'll get multi-cousine supplies.

Very large mall.....tons of shopping. Anything a family of 7 could ask for in shopping all in one place. Lots of exterior shops too not attached to the mall like DSW.
