I will definately return in summer to see the beautiful gardens and statuary. Even in fall the pathways and gardens made for lovely walks.

I can't begin to tell you how much joy we receive from the Toledo botanical gardens. Although I don't personally catch Pokemon, it's a treasure hunt for those trying to 'catch them all'. The paths wind in and around the garden, and views are amazing....More

Even though we were there after most plants have bloomed, we found the walk to be very nice and things of interest were well explained with postings. We were unable to locate a map of the gardens so making our way around was a bit...More

If you've done the metroparks, the Toledo Botanical Garden is a great next stop. There is a very serene vibe - and it has a special place in my heart because my wife and I were engaged there during a picnic by the lake. :)

These gardens are beautiful. Acres of trails and walkways. Wooded areas, water gardens, sculptures. Perfect for photos

This is a very nice garden, which does a wonderful job of combining a city park, botanical garden, and sculpture in one cohesive whole. The art center was closed--will plan better next time, as it looked really nice.

The Botanical Garden is a great place to visit. You definitely want to wear walking clothes and tennis shoes if visiting for fun. The landscapes are beautiful and well-cared for, as well as interactive. If taking little ones, I’d advise you take the forest trail...More

I was there last year, when they had stone carvers from Mozambique, and was constantly impressed with both their talents and patience. The flowers and plants are spread across a few acres, alongside the many paths. Be prepared to walk a lot! There is glass...More

No, the gardens are free. There are buildings and other things around the property that may have a cost to them, I did not have a chance to explore them
