Our grandson didn’t know deer made a sound until we surprised a herd of deer here! They make a high pitched scream. There are caves, a stream, and a prairie besides the beautiful falls.

The falls preserve was lovely, although it was more of a water 'trickle' than a water 'fall' :) But, it's free to park and visit, and was worth the visit...not much else to do in the area! I was expecting it to be right near...More

I loved it! One of those less-known, undiscovered, hidden places that will amaze you! Mother Nature's masterpiece! Not a swimming hole though, unless you don't mind the company of water snake family! ;)

A quiet walk through a nice woods to a special 47' waterfall. A return trail takes you through the meadow and the Golden Rod field with a nice rest place at the Golden Rod Hexigon.
