We've used this service three times from Huron to Cleveland Hopkins Airport and highly recommend it. The vehicles are new and very clean, drivers are careful and friendly, luggage is handled for you, drop off at airport is right at airline entrance, pickup on return is ahead of your arrival and with iPad "sign". Our driver this time was exceptionally nice and a great help with our luggage. We love this service... and you will, too! Sure beats scraping ice off your vehicle in the airport parking lot at 1 AM!

This was my first time using this service to travel to and from Cleveland Hopkins Airport. I requested a quote for 6 passengers and received a prompt reply. They were very helpful and friendly. On the day that we were to leave the driver was at our house on time. On our return we were delayed a day and they were there to pick us up to return us back to our house. The vehicles are clean and the drivers were friendly, courteous and very professional. I would highly recommend.

I used Freedom 2 Go to and from Hopkins airport to our hotel downtown. From the initial call they were very helpful and friendly. They were able to accommodate our group of 7 with a large SUV. Both of our drivers were excellent and friendly and they even found my sons coat that he left and brought it for us on the return. They were on time and professional. I would definitely use them again and could not have been more pleased.

I was very disappointed in the lack of service provided by Freedom2Go. My husband and I were flying internationally and due to bad weather our flight was changed. I could not contact Freedom2Go until I got back into the United States and when I did, the company put all of the blame on me and would not provide a car to pick us up at the airport and get us home. They said that because we did not provide them with the correct flight information they could not track our flight and did not have a driver. We were very rude to both my husband and I on the phone and actually hung up on my husband. When I tried to explain the situation to the operation he spoke over me and was very hard to understand. I will never use this car service again and recommend that if you want to use a good car service you contact Shima. Freedom2Go is not trustworthy and lacks quality customer service.

I regularly use Freedom 2 Go for my business travels to/from Cleveland Hopkins airport. SInce day one they have went above and beyond to accompdate my travel needs. As a frequent travelor i was one day suprised with a gift from the company president for being a long-time customer. I was beyond amazed at the attention they pay to their clientele. This company is amazing and you will not regret using them as your source for private transportation.

We had great service from Freedom 2 Go. Communication was great, the were very friendly, prompt and their vehicles were clean. We will use them again!
