We were in the area so we stopped by. The falls are great and there is good access from the parking lot via a wooden walkway with handrails. We appreciated the safe access since there was snow on the ground and we didn't have proper...More

We went and there was recent snowfall so the ground was slippery with packed down snow. Even though there was a boardwalk, I would still recommend hiking shoes be use there are a lot of steps to navigate and if wet or snowy it could...More

Easy 5 minute walk to the upper viewpoint ♿️. There is also a lower viewpoint with steps going down. If you want a longer walk, then the Brandywine Loop is 1.4 miles - all on a boardwalk. 🅿️🚾

This waterfall has the distinction of being on the National Parks list of 10 places to visit. It is a 67ft cataract and with all the recent rain it was roaring.

We enjoyed the Brandywine Gorge Loop hiking trail in late October and the fall’s boardwalk taking one to a safe overlook. It was a moderate 1.4 mile hike with some climbing and a bridge crossing across the Brandywine Creek. It could have prettier if it...More

I don’t know what I enjoyed more about this location... the beautiful waterfall OR watching people play the “waiting for a parking spot” game as they tried circling fast, circling slow, stopping, parking in the illegal grass “parking spots”, flipping each other off as one...More

We have lived in Northeast, Ohio all our lives & have lived in Sagamore Hills, for the last 15 years. We have seen Brandywine Falls Transformation. The stairs and walkways are marvelous, whether you can go all the way down to the overlook or not,...More

There's a well-maintained wooden walkway to the falls from the parking lot. It's an easy walk, but towards the end there are a lot of steps if that's a problem for someone. The falls were pretty. The water was gently flowing against the wall, which...More

I would say 30 minutes to an hour should be adequate for exploring the falls. The boardwalk pathway to the overlooks is only a few tenths of a mile.

Hold on, and be prepared to carry. Many steps to the bottom viewing platform. Not a place to let a 2-3 year old wonder!
