Beautiful and well maintained museum. The observation deck was worth the trip up the elevator. The park workers are extremely knowledgable and entertaining. It was really nice.

You can't beat the views! No matter how many times I've been to the top I keep going back. Thankfully, there is an elevator to the top.

There is parking directly in front of the monument but not a lot. The view is wonderful even without going up to the top of the monument. Make sure to stop in the visitors center. It has lot of very good information. The Rangers are very knowledgeable to talk to.

The view from the top of the Memorial is wonderful. The historical significance of the battle is again one that is not always emphasized in history classes. One of the best sites on Put in Bay.

It is well worth your time to take in this monument and review the historical significance of what took place. It was an important turning point in our nation's history.

It will take a while to go up and down in the only elevator as it hold less than a dozen for each trip, but worthit. tryust... More
