We had 11 people in our group and decided to rent three 4 person carts for the day. I had been to Put in Bay several times and every time I have had the same experience with E"s and I wanted to walk up further and rent somewhere else. My group didn't want to walk up the road so we stopped here again. The problem is everyone stops here because it's closest to the ferry and their carts are so worn out and they are so slow it takes forever to get anywhere. One of our group got a newer silver cart, and they had to keep pulling over and waiting on us because the other 2 older carts couldn't keep up at all and they barley made it up small hills. We were backing other people up on the roads and getting passed because we couldn't keep up with the flow of traffic. We also rented all 3 carts at the same time and we returned them at the same time and we were all charged different amounts. Do yourself a favor and give some of the other businesses a try, you will have a better experience and some of the other businesses need your patronage too.

This Cart place is by Miller Ferry dock, walk up to the road, hang a right and 1st cart business on the right. E’s needs a separate line for pre-registered online customers as it’s no fun waiting in that long line. However the line does move pretty fast once it gets going. No issues after that tho.

Our recent experience with E's golf cart rentals near the Miller Ferry drop off left us feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. Despite the convenient location, we encountered several issues that significantly impacted our visit.
Firstly, we were surprised to find out that the rental company charges more depending on the number of people in the cart, even if it's the same size. This policy meant that our family of four adults and two toddlers had to rent two separate four-seater carts, doubling our expenses unnecessarily.
Furthermore, the pricing structure was inflexible. We were charged for the entire day's rental, even though we only needed the carts for four hours. When we raised this concern with the staff, they were unhelpful and unwilling to accommodate our request for a fairer pricing arrangement.
In total, we ended up spending $227 for a short four-hour rental period, which we felt was exorbitant given our limited usage and the size of our group. This experience left a sour taste in our mouths and made us wish we had looked for alternative rental options within walking distance of the ferry drop off to avoid being overcharged.
If you're planning to rent a golf cart in this area, I would advise caution and recommend exploring other rental providers who offer more transparent pricing and better customer service.

We are wondering if possibly you rented from another company, as we always allow hourly rentals and if you did book the day rate and come back early, we offer refunds to make up for the time you did not use. These may not be the fastest or the fanciest golf cart rentals on the island, but we purchased a combo boat/golf cart rental for off season and they were the best priced and got us everywhere we needed to go.
Take Miller's Ferry over. To find the rental place, go to the top of the hill and go right at the road. E's is on the right. It is a very short walk. Signage will get you there.

My husband and I recently visited PIB for the first time and quickly realized a golfcart is the vehicle of choice on the island. We got off the ferry and found a sort of info booth where we got a free map of the island. There was a $5 coupon for E's and that's how we made the choice between cart rental places. It was easy to rent a cart, the staff was friendly and helpful. Their carts are named after tv and movie characters which we thought was super cute. The cart ran us around all day with no problems.

We went to Put In Bay for our daughter’s 21st birthday and rented a cart from E’s. When returning the cart, my husband’s wallet fell out of his pocket. We rushed to catch the the Miller Ferry, and just as it was leaving the dock, we received a call from E’s letting us know that they had his wallet. Rather than having us take 2 more ferry rides to retrieve the wallet, E’s notified the ferry personnel and sent the wallet, in a sealed envelope, with my husbands name, on the next ferry. Great customer service and communication! Thank you for being so attentive, trust worthy and courteous!

Easy online reservation system. They are located right off Miller Perry. We initially had a reservation for Sunday and were able to change to Saturday. Small line but they had plenty of people at the booth. Golf carts were clean and handled well. We would definitely rent again and recommend to others.

Visited 1st weekend of August, walking distance from Miller ferry - when we went on a Saturday night, rented a two person golf cart for $15 an hour plus deposit. Never driven a golf cart in our life's - signed the contract but were given no instructions on how to operate like were the gas, brakes or where the horn was - they just took your money and sent you on your way with a map and a time to return the cart. No customer service whatsoever!!!....Never again....Cart motor was loud and drove like it was out of alignment and verd to the left for some reason or another. Renters beware of this place!!!....

Rental process was easy and smooth. No instruction was provided on how to operate the vehicle. The vehicle was not properly cleaned before being picked up as insects and spider webs were all over and the windshield was very dirty and difficult to see through. Top speed on the vehicle was quite slow even compared to other golf carts.

We had a perfect weather day and no problems with the cart. This was the first time we reserved a cart on line. It reduces the time you stand in line and of course you know one will be there no matter how busy they may be. Will always do it this way in the futrure.

The one my daughter rented (4 persons) was gas... There are a lot of rentals available and are of both kinds... And for different durations... The economic cross-over point of hourly vs "all day" I think was about 4 hours...
