I really liked the lights that went through the zoo, they were festive and entertaining. It was really great that they had Rudolph there to meet the children, my son was really interested in him. It's just a shame that most of the animals can't...More

We recently moved back to the Columbus area, and one of the first things we did was to buy our Columbus Zoo season passes! We have taken our grandkids there several times this summer, along with taking them to see the Christmas lights! The Zoo...More

In the winter a lot of the park is closed but if you want to spend a couple hours just roaming, it is a great zoo. If it has snowed, make sure you have shoes with good traction. I slipped once - sad face. Well...More

Large zoo with many kind of animals like koala bear, turtles, lizards, snakes, flamingos, penguins, crocodiles, kangaroos, elephants, tigers, lions, polar bears, monkeys, birds and fishes. I have been there for several hours and it was well-spend time!

I try to Visits zoos while on vacation but most don’t stand up to the one right in my back yard. Our zoo is amazing and my favorite part is their focus on conservation and education. We’ve been pass holders for years and regularly bring...More

The Columbus Zoo staff is doing a lot for conservation efforts. Seeing all the animals was great, of course, but many of the animals are in enclosures that are way too small. I hadn’t been to a zoo in 15 years for that reason, but...More

Every year our family spends an evening at the Columbus Zoo for Wild Lights. They put up a first class display. They also have most of the buildings open to escape the cold when necessary. The lights and the Holiday music will surly get you...More

The Columbus Zoo is AMAZING. Always have special animal shows throughout the Zoo. Lots of employees to answer questions or point you in the right direction. It is very clean. A great day to see so many animals that are well taken care of.
