We ordered a package that was two round trip tickets with a golf cart rental for $100 during any week day, which was a great deal! With two round trip tickets without the package, it would have put us around $70-$80 dollars and then the golf cart rental for the day would have put us over, so I definitely recommend getting that package if you can! We arrived for the first ferry of the day, which was 8:30am and it wasn’t crowded at all. The ticket lady was quick at getting us our tickets and answering any questions we had. I do recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early to check in or purchase tickets and then get on the boat, because they leave pretty promptly at the departure time. The ride to Put in Bay was about 30 minutes and sitting on the top deck gave us gorgeous views of the island. It’s definitely a little windy and a little chilly in September, but worth it for the views. You’ll be able to see the Benson Ford houseboat, something that is really only viewable from the ferry ride. The boat was super clean, staff was friendly and they were even able to change our departure time, as we originally opted to take the 11pm boat back to Port Clinton, but decided to leave at 9:30 instead. We had booked online and weren’t sure how things worked, so we stopped by the night before to ask. There was a really nice lady who explained everything and we got our timed tickets. We went on the Port Clinton to Put in Bay ferry, round trip, and left at 8:30 am. It was cloudy and super humid, but we went on the top deck anyway. The wind almost blew us away, but it was so worth the view! It only took less than 30 minutes to get there. We had booked a golf cart as a part of our package and that was an easy to check in too. We came back at our ticket time and it was so easy. We boarded for our trip back and had a great ride. The staff was so friendly and professional!…

Easy on…Easy off!!! The ride was smooth and fast. We had no issues boarding and they were very accommodating when we wanted to change our return time.

We took Her Express both to and from Put-in-Bay. They were on time and fast each time. On our return trip the app said the boat was full, but we walked up to the ticket window and was able to get tickets without a problem.

I rode on the Jet Express from Port Clinton to Put-in-Bay many times when I lived in Ohio back in the '90s, and with my return after a 25-year hiatus, I decided to do it again. Unfortunately, it was a warm and humid day, but it was still exciting, with the wind blowing through your hair. On a cool, dry day, it's the best. I believe I paid $35 round trip for about a half-hour ride in each direction. There are three decks, and the top deck provides the most unobstructed views across the lake and the most wind. I believe they also operate from Sandusky, and some rides stop at or go to Kelley's Island. It's a fun way to begin and end the day in Put-in-Bay and I'm glad it still operates.…
