While the ride itself is pleasant, customer service is terrible! After standing in line to board, we were told that our online tickets would not work and we needed to go back to the ticket booth, stand in line and exchange them for real tickets....More

The staff was pleasant and the process was seamless and efficient. For the price, there's no comparison--you definitely have your expectations exceeded. The Captain is worth mentioning also--he went out of his way to make our boat-enthused toddler feel extra special and let her into...More

Adults are $7.00 one way, children 6-11 years are $1.50 and children 5 and under are free. There is not a shuttle, but many local taxi companies. For more info, visit the Miller Ferry website.
