The good - decent greens fees, convenient location, several decent holes, good routing, friendly staff.
The bad - conditions not real good on several holes, some holes make no sense to the eye, one or two holes just plain poorly laid out.
The worst - double teeing not well managed resulting in long delays and slow play after making the turn, especially for those of us who arrive at crack of dawn only to spend sevral wasted minutes waiting to start second none and while late arrivers emulate the worst slow play seen on the PGA tour.

If you can get in around 1pm during the week, you can play unlimited for I think $25. My husband and I love to go round and round, usually getting in 36+ holes. Pretty simple course, very basic, and decently maintained. They could definitely do better in the fall with better leaf removal. Painful trying to find balls hit into the rough.

Willow Run remains one of my favorite golf courses. It's well-maintained and is very reasonably priced - in fact, it's relatively inexpensive, It's a very popular course, especially on the weekends and can be a bit crowded. Due to its popularity - don't expect to play a fast round of golf but exercise a little patience. The course is a little longer than some of the other ones we play has offers some challenges. Overall, the course should be fun for both average and good golfers alike. The staff is very friendly and helpful; the course is quite nice and -- unlike more and more courses - the sand traps actually have sand in them.

If it wasn't already so popular, I'd call this course a hidden gem.

Nice Course and Easy to find. Pricing is reasonable. the Snack bar is basic stadium food, nothing spectacular. In a quiet town, not a lot of distractions.

Well maintained-very good greens and interesting tee shots make a fun tract.
Service is excellent with room for large outings-which they handle with ease.
Mark, Karen and Matt are fantastic to work with and can accommodate your special needs.

Played this course several times and it offers a challenge for your game. Good specials and they maintain course very well. If in town and have a chance give it a go

This course is looked over a lot. It has some nice strategy shots off the tee boxes and it is generally in good shape for what they are working with

Full disclosure – the foursome that I golf with likes to play golf for the fun of playing golf. We look for nice well-maintained courses but at the same time, we look for affordable courses. We don’t play many of the higher end / highly manicured courses but generally stick with the smaller but still well managed and well maintained courses.

This is another of our favorite courses and is a another very affordable place to play golf. Weekday rates are $15 walking and $25 w/ a cart while weekend rates are $20 walking and $32 w/ a cart. This is another of the many courses in Central Ohio that were designed by Jack Kidwell. Willow Run is a very nice/scenic course with plenty of challenge for the average golfer. Staff is very friendly and personable.
Willow Run has a very comfortable club house with typical golf course fare – hot dogs, chips, pop, beer, etc.
