London's has good quality candy and now paired up with Fanny Mae candy. They do tours but not during the weekend. Tours are fun and educational but, don't except it to be like Hersey's. We stop here every time we are in the area. The employees in the store are very friendly and helpful for you buying experience. If using... More

Kids loved the machines and chocolate stories. We all loved the free chocolate!! We couldn't resist the store so the only downside was the three pounds we gained from eating all we bought!

It was a rainy day and we were watching our two small grandkids. We remembered this chocolate tour from when our kids were little. The kids really liked it, and so did we! The building is really nice, ample parking and little picnic tables set up in grassy areas. Our guide did a nice job of explaining everything, there was... More

We really enjoyed the store and factory tour. Went with 2 young boys and they loved the tour as well. It was really neat to see and really delicious to sample! The tour was very thorough with a great guide. Note that during the lunch time hours there are lines that are shut down so I am thinking early morning... More

Can't go wrong by going on a short trip at the chocolate factory no matter the age. You sit through an eight minute history video and then take a 30min. tour at best. The whole tour is simple, yet you get to see some of the candy being made. Maybe what makes the whole trip worth wild is the free... More

Got to do the tour which was really nice. Out tour guide was great but there wasn't a ton of production when we visited. You get to sample delicious chocolate and then at the end you can go to the store to purchase whatever you like. The ladies that were in the shop were super sweet and friendly and let... More

The free 45 minute chocolate factory tour is well worth the stop. Very easy access off I77 (near the airport.) There is free chocolate before and at the end of the tour. Prices are decent in the gift shop and they offer "specials." Enjoy the visit!

I traveled here with my cousin and her two young children for the free factory tour. Reservations are not required but calling ahead is a good idea to make sure space is available at your preferred tour time. I didn't call ahead because I wasn't sure how quickly my cousin would be able to get her children moving. A tour... More

We stopped in on Sunday with our two grandsons and their parents and had a wonderful time browsing through the expansive selection of delicious-looking candy. We were given samples from the extremely pleasant and friendly worker. We went away happy with our purchases of affordable candies to enjoy at home. We plan to take the kids on the factory tour...
