Nice tour around 45 minutes long (must call ahead). First you get the history of the two companies and get to see about the cacao bean/pod. Then you go upstairs and watch employees in the factory make candy, package it and sent it off. Last you go into the store and get a free sample and can buy any other chocolate you would want.

We enjoyed touring this chocolate factory. During the tour you are offered delicious chocolates! I always find it interesting to see how things are made and this place was very educational. The factory was in full swing - making and packing up the chocolates. The history of the company is very interesting. The tour is free but it is advised to call ahead since sometimes the tour isn't offered so it is wise to call and reserve your spot on the tour. There is a short film before the tour. After the tour you can buy chocolates if you desire. I wish they would make Cookie Joys again. It was a favorite for gift giving but they no longer make them. I highly recommend this tour.

A chocolate lover would consider this place better than Disney world! The outside of the factory looks unique. They even have one of those huge lawn chairs you see at beaches! a must take selfie zone! When you walk in you will see a candy shop and a desk. You go to the desk and tell how many people are attending the free tour. yes Free Tour! The desk workers will then put out a bowl of a variety of chocolates for samples while your waiting for the tour-guide to direct you to the auditorium which is more like a room with rows of chairs and a projector screen. After watching a short presentation you will start your tour in which they give you samples. At the end of your tour you will be offered free samples of Gelato which is a type of ice cream in flavors vanilla or mango. in the shop. After your done you can buy something!. If i were you i would get the milk chocolate toffee bars for 2.99. have a fun tour! Thanks for reading.
