Third year in a row to watch the semi-finals. Great tennis, beautiful venue. Convenient location. The food is a bit pricey, but good.

Another great year at the tournament!
Aug 2019 • Couples
The facility and the grounds are welcoming and beautiful. The venue is perfect for up close viewing of matches, and almost all the top players were there this year. Reasonable ticket prices, a variety of food vendors, and free parking make it a great annual event! Can’t wait to come back next year.

Great venue
Aug 2019 • Couples
Enjoying a week of tennis We bought a week pass and seats in the glassed air conditioned seating area, a great experience especially in the heat and humidity. The price of the tickets did not include Water, tea or coffee and the cost of the food and drinks over the top. Water US $6 per liter filter coffee $2 and not nice Quick food cold and not nice The buffet $24 lunch $40 (all US$) Hot portions cold and half cooked. Feel they know how to put the knife in the already dead chicken. Staff friendly Atmosphere could improve as I find it rude when the audience talk laugh take phone calls and move freely around when the players are playing Its inconsiderate both to the players and to the folks who actually paid for their seat

Great spot if you like tennis

Nice friendly facility for tennis. Many local volunteers work hard to make the tennis experience special. Parking can be a challenge, may be worth paying for closer parking.

W&S Tennis Tournament - great family fun
Aug 2018 • Family
We have been attending this event for years and have watched it grow every year into the awesome complex it currently is. Great opportunity to see out favorites up close and personal. Excitement in every corner the whole time the tournament is going on; from watching a match on Center Court, to seeing Roger work on his serve, to just chillaxing in the food court enjoying a beverage people watching. This is an even the whole family looks forward each year as we plan our vacation around this. Then relive the event a week later as we watch all the players at the US Open. This is a must see destination for your bucket list.

Wonderful time at the WS Open
Aug 2018 • Couples
It was my first time visiting this tournament and as I’m still trying to learn the game, enjoyed getting a close view of the players and getting caught up in the excitement. Was pleased that most audience attendees were considerate of the rules while watching the pros. The staff were on point. There was a wide variety of food available yet not at the quality I had expected. Looking forward to next year’s event. 💚

An affordable venue see top 10 players.

I love tennis and going to a Master 1000 event was something I'd always wanted to do. My wife, another couple and I decided to go on Friday so we could see all quarterfinals. We got to see Federer, Djokovic, Del Potro, Dimitrov, Goffin, Halep and a lot of other great players. It's affordable. We'll definitely go back next year.

Great venue!
Aug 2018 • Couples
This was our first visit to the Western & Southern Open and we will be back! Great court layout and center court really has no bad seats. Bring a hat and sunscreen, although there were volunteers passing out free SPF30 packets both days we were there. Many food and drink choices, too, so leaving to eat wasn’t necessary. We look forward to attending again next year.

Great venue to see top tier players and get an appreciation for the highest levels of tennis.

What a fun Venue for tennis fans. An easy layout of the grounds and if you do a little research watching the practices can be as fun as the tennis matches. All the volunteers and employees were very friendly. What other tournament can you go to and walk in and get free sunscreen to prep for the day? Be sure to get the collector water cup for a dollar and ice is 50 cents for the refill. A real blessing if you are seated in the sun. A variety of food tents greet you between matches. Sushi, Ice Cream, Tacos, Pulled Pork or Chicken, Nachos, Adult Libations made it easy to stay hydrated
and cheer for your favorite players.
For those that have never been to this tournament the public parking can be a bit of a walk, shuttles are available and there were lines for them. If there is rain wear good shoes for the mud and gravel parking lots.(Maybe the only downside). Watching the top players compete up close and getting an appreciation for how hard the women and men stroke the ball was eye opening for me. The quickness and foot speed of the
upper players, and their anticipation of the opponents shot is highlighted much more in person than on television. A very fun trip for my first visit.
