In the spring and summer the flowers are some of the most beautiful you will see anywhere. And the mansion is great. Very well maintained. People come from all over to see Kingwood.

The garden are beautiful with easy to walk paths. Very knowledgeable staff and volunteers. It was a very peaceful afternoon.

Finally made it to see the big bugs. Really enjoyed them and like that they are doing these types of exhibits now. Also got a glimpse of the upcoming changes and updates. Jury is still out but hoping for the best.

Sorry I believe you have to bring your own chairs. I didn't see a rental place at the site

We usually spend about 2 hours here. You could spend more or less time depending on how quickly you wanted to move through. We like walking the paths through the woods.
