Have never been before, but we were camping in Mohican/Butler area and looking for something to do. $10 admission, discount for veterans. VERY friendly staff. A great afternoon for kids, i would say up to age 10. Some activities were very simple, and some very cute. Animals were all very friendly. Lots of hand sanitizer available. Hay maze was done well. Fall foods available. Would def go back.

We love coming out here every year with our family. Fun for everybody, my four year old loves the "petting zoo".

This place is great for kids. At only $8 to get in, it's a bargain. We took our two year old grandson and he had a blast! There's so much for kids to do--they can bounce on the Air Pillow, play in the corn box, pet the animals, go on the hayride, explore the corn maze, and more. Animal food (not required) is 2 for $1. Food is available, but we also saw groups with picnic lunches at the tables.

Family
My family and I (husband, kids, sisters, and their husbands and kids), go on an annual fall fun outing to get pumpkins and enjoy the typical fall activities and attractions. This year, we decided to meet halfway between Columbus and Cleveland and through our internet research, we thought the Barnyard Park would be a great choice. The website is wonderful, there seem to be a bunch of activities, and there are pumpkins, mums, hay, and corn stalks for sale!
Well. Upon arrival, we see the “pumpkins” available. There were maybe 15- MAYBE, and half of them had warts all over them. No gourds, no mums, no hay, and no corn. The attractions were hit and miss. No petting zoo. There two goats that stuck their heads through a wall, which was cute enough. There was a mini zip line, which my 4 year old nephew declared as “boring,” and a corn box, which was my 2 year old’s favorite part. There was a nice little hayride for families and a cute barrel train for the toddlers.
The website lists an Adobe corn maze and a kid’s corn maze, but the kid’s corn maze is an inflatable maze with an animated corn character on the front.
They also boast that they have a bunch of food choices, including hot dogs, chicken fingers, doughnuts, and food trucks. They have a tiny little store where they sell pastries from Der Dutchman, but they were old and looked rough. Then there was a folding table set up with a girl selling hotdogs and mini bags of chips. This was the extent of the food. No food truck anywhere.
All in all, the little kids enjoyed it and the bigger ones complained that they were bored. Its definitely not worth the price, and it was absolutely ridiculous that they had none of the fall decor stated on their website, which was the main reason we went.
Such a disappointing visit.
