About
If you’ve ever wanted to become a Lake Eerie wingwatcher, the Osborn Recreation Area is a good place to begin. You’ll likely catch sight of a songbird, a yellowthroated warbler, and if you’re lucky, a great horned owl.

Great place for a walk, dog park play
Oct 2019 • Couples
Great community park. The area facing Perkins Ave has walking trails (varying from paved to grassy paths) and open manicured fields for sports or running around. With a little walking you can reach the dog park, which has two separated fenced areas where dogs can romp and play. There is also direct access to this area with parking off Hull Road.

171 Acre Community Park - Big but small!
Jul 2018 • Couples
This park has it all - playgrounds, graveled walking path, soccer fields, asphalted trail through a forest, fields and woods trails, a dog park, and pavilions, and lots of parking. Our go-to place for jogging, walking after rains, and general messing about. We've even done some cross country skiing here!

Even a treat in the winter

Thank you, Trip Advisor. This is a park with so much to see and do. It was lovely even though it was in the 50s and a bit of a brisk breeze.

Lovely park with surprising extra features
Aug 2017 • Family
Our desire to find a playground for our children paid off in surprising ways at Osborn Park. Not only was there an excellent playground, we found a fitness trail, walking paths, a small nature museum, and a music play area that would have kept our kids going for hours. The staff at the park was super friendly, the facilities well maintained and the information posted about programs was impressive. We left very impressed.

Great place to walk or run without worrying about traffic.

Playground equipment, picnic pavilions, soccer fields, one mile loop gravel trail for walking &/or running. Can also hike up into the woods and fields if you prefer grass under your feet. A nice little Harvest Fest in the Fall.

Fun for kids bday parties!
Jun 2016 • Friends
Came here for a birthday party and this place is great for that! So much space for kids to run and play games. Nice playground and covered areas. There's grills, and bathrooms inside one of the buildings on the property (near picnic #2 I believe). Plz remember to clean up your mess!

Chill in the air- won't stop us!
Mar 2016 • Family
The trees are alive with the sounds of spring. The park is excellent for getting exercise, taking a relaxing stroll, or for walking a four legged friend. My kids enjoy the nature trails and watching the sporting activities that take place in the parks. They have great children's programs in the summer too!
