Beautiful walk. Easy with the kids. Amazing to get so close to the falls, very exciting. Bit muddy, recommend old shoes or gumboots. But all the wet weather brings stunning green growth. Great boardwalks and easy to walk.

This is a really easy but pretty walk. Falls are at the end and are easy to get to. There are several places to stop to observe the stream and if you’re lucky, see a platypus

We loved this walk, lovely calm area and a relaxing area. Just mond the boardwalks as they can get very slippery.

This was a lovely walk to fill an hour inStrahan. It was an easy walk with a lovely waterfall at the end. If you have a spare hour definitely worth it.

The walk takes about an hour return and mostly on flat with exception of last few metres. Takes you along the babbling river - no platypus unfortunately - but very pleasant stretch of legs none the less. Situated close to main town

Well worth the short walk. Waterfall was spectacular after the recent rains. P.S. There is a Geocache there for those indulge.

Such a nice and peaceful walk from the Peoples Park entrance to Hogarth Falls... Huge and impressive fern trees along the path and a platypus struggling with some weed in the creek. Sheer luck...

Small waterfalls easily accessible from Strahan waterfront. Recommend you break journey/to from the coast at Nelson Falls instead - more impressive fallsand more atmospheric/equally short rainforest walk to get there; car park right by Lyell Highway between Queenstown and Derwent Bridge (on R if heading...More
