We only had a short visit and the attendant there on 18/5 was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and helpful. She helped sort out a few stops along the way on our journey, not to mention our return to Strahan to take the rail journey to Queenstown next March.

This Centre is right on the harbour front. The staff are very good and most helpful. The centre has a shop with an extensive range of tourist items and literature for sale.

Helpful info and maps were available and also Dvd's and books of the local highlights. Situated in the main street and near the harbour is easy to locate.
