Cook’s Beach is the best camping spot on the Freycinet Peninsula. Not the least of which is because it’s secluded and it has fresh water (in the tank, please treat before drinking). It’s the last place to fill up before hiking on to Wineglass Bay....More

This beach is really rugged and unspoilt and well worth a visit if you prefer to get away from the other tourists.

Cooks Beach is about 3-4hours from the wineglass bay car park. I guess you could do it return in a day, but why would you!!!!!! Once you arrive you just want to stay! Register your group at the car park, with an eta of your...More
