WF Lake is a particularly serene little hideaway just off the beaten track in the Blue Mountains. Great place for a swim in summer or just to watch the sky in Winter. There is a Lantern festival in April which is quite magical.

I met my partner of 6 yrs at Wentworth Falls lake, was truly magical. We often go for walks around the lake. The lake will always hold a special place in our hearts.

If you're in the mountains and looking for an easy, but still enjoyable walk try this...often less busy...and enjoy a walk around the lake.

Wentworth Falls lake is very picturesque with a nice walking path around it, although can't comment whether it goes all the way around as we didn't get that far. There are two lovely play areas for children, which entertained our two for an hour plus....More

What a beautiful place to relax. It was great to see so many families there and children playing, ducks. It was like a rewind in time, nobody on phones etc, just perfect

Depends on whether they can swim unsupervised or not..... ^_^ As with most council-run public amenities; there are no firearms, camping, tents, alcohol, nuclear fusion reactors, fireworks, miniature ponies or over-cooking... More
