Lovely relaxing place with attentive polite staff especially the tall ginger lad. Nice warm pools and coffee. Drinking water from gym is lovely and cool.

Over priced unhelpful staff and very expensive for what they serve..... Seems they have a lot to revise re staff training and product.

We had a few problems during our stay. At check in we were given a 'historic' style room when we'd asked for a contemporary one. We were later turfed out of the swimming pool because my daughter was 13 and apparently not allowed in after certain hours. The staff tried to make things right and the hotel manager did make... 4 of us went on saturday, and had a truly relaxing experience. Great value for money . We benefitted from the pamper day package, comprised of 2 treatments. My facial was excellent and the aroma of the products was very soothing. I was worried when I read that children would be using the facilities part of the day in the... More

I was taken here for my birthday earlier in the week and it was a wonderful day. The grounds are beautiful, the staff were very friendly. We had a sunshine summer day package and we had lunch, afternoon tea and a 85 minute massage included. The gym is small but well equipped. The inside and outside pool are both lovely.... More

Bailiffscourt spa was the perfect location to unwind. My friend and I needed to relax and we did, from the moment we were driving in. The grounds are lovely with beautiful views and grass mown mazes in some of the fields in the vast grounds. The spa is a welcoming mixture of oak barn and modern. After a friendly greeting, we... This is a rare gem of a place. Tucked away on the Sussex coast in a truly stunning setting amidst a haven of tranquility and romantic buildings and views, Bailiffscourt is exceptional. The spa is so peaceful and a very welcome departure from the rat race of everyday life. The staff are very friendly. You would expect somewhere like this... More

We went for a Spa day. The treatments were good but not special and extremely overpriced. I noticed a file and polish pedicure, nothing more, for £33. They don't even use good quality polish. All the staff were really lovely and helpful...they had to be because even they seemed embarrassed about how things ran. Inside the pools were dirty, rusty... More

Wonderful relaxing weekend spent here. Not a care in the world is felt by me here. Everything from tentative friendly staff, the spa, the food and the room. Only downsides are the room could of been cleaned in corners to remove cobwebs. The food is small servings and sooooo expensive! But hey its a glorious weekend away!
