A beautiful old building that is showing signs of disrepair on the outside. Yet when you walk into the foyer, it’s almost modern.
The picturedrome shows some of the latest films, tickets are a fraction of the price of the bigger cinemas.
Walk up the stairs, and the floor slopes, so mind your step.
The actual screen was covered by a curtain. The seats are a mix of old and new, they still flip up but have modern covering. Be warned they are a little on the narrow side but have plenty of left room.

I took my disabled husband in a wheelchair to a film here last Friday and I cannot speak highly enough of the help we received from the staff. Paul, the Supervisor, needs a special mention, manoeuvring the wheelchair, steering my husband to his seat, raising the seat so that my husband could see the film comfortably, being ready to help again as soon as the film was over & going to the extreme of taking him to our car, seating him & putting the wheelchair in the boot. His comment on our grateful high praise was that any of the team would have done the same.
My thanks to that team - & to the Manager of the cinema for employing such amazing staff. Bless you all.

What an absolutely perfect cinema!!
This is exactly how a cinema experience should be...modern im traditional surroundings, excellent customer service that is not driven by a corporate script and sensible affordable pricing!
Fell in love with this beautiful building the moment i stepped in!
Long live Good Quality British Independent Cinema

Great local cinema with amazing architecture. We took our young children to see their first film here and couldn't recommend it enough. Comfy seats, great prices and great staff.

What more can you ask for? All the latest films and such amazing prices. The snacks and drinks are great value too (shame some still feel the need to sneak their own snacks in rather than supporting the cinema).
Seats are comfortable and the new screen is a great addition. Looking forward to seeing their new building works complete.

Do visit this wonderful building when we can go out again. It is less than half the price of the big multi plex cinemas in Chichester, which makes one realise just how much those places rip us off.
The staff are polite and seem to appreciate your patronage. It is a local gem that we need to treasure.

Went to see the new Barbie movie with my daughter.
Staff at the picturedrome are faultless. Friendly, inviting atmosphere.
My experience was however ruined by where I was sat.
Trying to watch the movie surrounded by young teenagers was not a good experience at all, they were constantly talking, all on their phones, listening to things on their phones, getting up every five minutes, moving over In their seats to sit and giggle - my daughter had to come and sit on my lap just to see multiple times.
Not the picturedromes fault AT ALL but we ended up leaving during the movie

We recently visited as a family of four to watch Elf. We were in a very new screen (2 I think) with lovely leather seats and a great view. This is so reasonably priced with a lovely atmosphere, I would not choose to go anywhere else. This is by far my favourite cinema to go to locally. Temperature checks and hand sanitizer provided and spotless toilets, felt very Covid compliant. Keep supporting our wonderful local cinema!

This cinema is one of the characters of Bognor Regis and is definitely a place worth preserving. It is over one hundred years old and has been refurbished. It shows all the latest films in its four screens and is incredibly good value. £3.50 for a ticket is fantastic in this day and age. The only complaint I have was that the seats were slightly tipped forward and were incredibly hard after an hour or so. Next time we visit I will bring my own cushion with me :)

This cinema has so much character and history. Staff are friendly. The seats have amble leg room. Great snack selection and Iron Bru on tap! They do some great deals, and the kids' snack box is cute. It's definitely our favourite cinema in the area.

If you drive to the cinema at the traffic lights ( with the cinema on your right) turn right into Canada Grove, just past the church on your left you turn towards town. Immediately right is a large car park. It’s pay and display until 6pm. Then it’s about a 3 minute walk back the way you drove.
