A bit of waiting and a re-occurring annoying safety briefing that you have to watch EVERY time that you go (to be expected anywhere) but other than this the racing is amazing!! Until someone crashes...the red light appears...everyone stops... And before you know it your race is over!! And you only had about 3 minutes of driving time!!!

I have been here about 3-4 times now and the raceway is really fun, it is very safe and the racing cars are easy to control. Although the carts hurt my legs for about 1 week after racing (probably due to my size) it is a very unique experience...So far they have also re-arranged the track so you don't have to keep riding on the same track every time you go.

Been to this track about 4 times now and I still enjoy it.
The staff differ in terms of friendly service, you can see them getting annoyed if someone crashes or turns, but then again, so do I!

We went to lazer combat for my daughters 13th birthday along with my 10 year old daughter and 8 year old son. Price for five of us was 35 pound lasting 2 hours. Staff very friendly and we all had an amazing time. Be prepared to be hot and shoot your loved ones and strangers in the back. They also have a large karting track which we were shown and looks like lots of fun. May try this next time.

The staff are polite and friendly, with good energy, not the usual surly 16 year old grease monkeys that you find staffing karting centres. We booked a "Premier exclusive grand prix" with twelve drivers. 15mins qualifying, quick break then 30mins race. The karts ran great and the track is one of the best I've driven!

Went with a group of 19 work mates, and overall had a good time. First impressions were good and received a friendly welcome. At reception we were handed a boiler suit each which did not close up the front due to worn velcro. The safety briefing was brief but helpful, and explained the rules and how you could get disqualified for bad driving.

Down at the track, we did 10mins of laps, and your best time determined your start position for the actual race, which lasted around 30mins. The track was great fun and I really enjoyed it, however I was one of the lucky ones who's kart did not breakdown/engine stall etc..

The racing was interrupted many, many times by crashes/kart breakdowns, and everyone had to stop or drive at walking pace - quite boring and waste of time. Maybe too many people racing, around 10 would perhaps be ideal.

Also, many people were breaking the rules, overtaking while warning lights were on, not slowing down etc.. in full view of the marshals, and no-one got penalized or disqualified. So don't expect a fair race.

Overall, good fun for £36 but only if you had a good kart, they need to spend some money upgrading/repairing the vehicles.
