The manager (Rudi) was aggressive and ill-mannered. He made rude comments towards customers whilst not wearing a uniform, abusing his power as manager of the cinema, using his position as an excuse to speak to customers in an aggressive manner. Disgusting attitude. Will definitely not be returning.

Had an opportunity to watch parasite at their luxe screens (15), bit of a shame that the bar was taking cash payments as nothing seemed to be working. However for the cinematic experience it's a great way to watch a film. Yes it's a smaller screen but it's sufficient for the cinema size. It's such a comfortable way of watching a film almost like watching it at home. Wish all screens had the "luxe effect".

It's a great screen (esp. for 1917 film). Minor picky point is that the top end seats are not as good as other luxury cinemas.

Why are young children allowed in the cinema who clearly do not know how to behave. Would be nice if a manager made periodic visits to see if there are any disruptions. In addition a colleague made the comment that teenagers were taking the whole movie through.

There are safety concerns for me at this cinema. Is it really possible that the escalator up from the lower level is still unusable after more than a year? What's more, it is blocked off so that it could not be used as a staircase in an emergency. Come on, Odeon: don't put your customers at risk in this way.
