About Hobbledown
Hobbledown is an extraordinary day out! Talk to animals, walk the high-ropes, get lost in the maze, prepare for battle with the Zorbs, hide in the underground tunnels but remember, unless you find the Crystallite all of this will disappear...

Another wonderful morning. Hobbledown is absolutely brilliant for toddlers (and bigger kids). There’s so much space, and everything is so thoughtfully designed to encourage children to have adventures, and so much to do - from the animals, to the playbarn, to the outdoor playgrounds (which doesn’t do justice to the amazing structures). I love that adult-child playing is encouraged - I never expected to be scrambling around or jumping on the air pillows and my toddler loved that I could do everything with her. We’ve been coming since she was 6 months old and will definitely be renewing our annual pass. Food quality is very good but it would be nice to have a few more options without chips, even if they are very very tasty chips. Ordering by app is incredibly easy and so convenient - we can finish up playing knowing the food is being prepared, and not waste any time waiting. So much I could write about why I love Hobbledown but it is without a doubt the very best attraction we’ve visited. My four year old niece also loves it.

A great experience for kids. Lots of fun jumping on air and water beds. Castles to climb. Indoor play area. Lots of animals to see. High ropes was a great endurance challenge. Must be booked when in park (Cost £2 per child) area for picnics. Other rides available including rolling inside a plastic tyre capsule. Great fun. Good value . 4 hour duration costs £60 for family of 4.

Best enjoyed outside school holiday time if you have children under 4 years old. Hobbledown is extremely popular and swarming with children of all ages in the Summer holidays. The result is that you are regimented ( need to book your entry time and your table in the cafeteria for lunch ( best take a picnic), and under time constraint ( limited use of soft play ). The booking allows four hours on site. All understandable given the large number of visitors perhaps . That said, there's plenty to do and the staff are friendly and helpful. The cafeteria food is OK and served quickly ( via an app of course! ). Your offspring will be exhausted and hopefully all sleep like logs that night. Overall then, is £20 per head entry value for money? Just about. But if your child can go mid week during term time the numbers are way down, and everything is so much easier.

Firstly thank you for visiting. We have been busy in the holidays, although we are still running at a reduced capacity to keep numbers down which has been well received in our customer feedback. Visiting off peak for tots is a great idea. The big attractions like high ropes and zorbing are not operational as the older kids are at school, but that isn't an issue for little ones. Plus it means we can discount off peak so it's cheaper too.

We visited for our son's birthday to do the zookeeper experience. The zookeeper was brilliant and really engaged well with our son and the other child in the experience and even us adults enjoyed following them round, soaking up new information. Our son absolutely loved it and enjoyed a play on the equipment as well afterwards. Great experience, lovely afternoon out.
