I visit with a group of friends. The place looks really nice. Also the staff was nice and helpful. The food was the normal pub food. The prices were normal for a pub.

Popped in for a few social drinks after work. Great pub atmosphere, a barman with the best patter with nothing offensive that made the night really on point! It’s a pub, exactly what it says on the tin... and the barman added the extra appeal...More

Good pies! Eaten several here over the years and they are always stuffed full of good quality ingredients - never ended up with a mouthful of fat or gristle and always very tasty. A Fullers pub where the ale is well kept, but if you...More

Came here with a girlfriend on a rainy night and we really liked the old pub feel. Slightly sticky tables and musky smell but it was the perfect escape from the rain. We both had a pie and mash which was really good. Friendly staff.
